This house worked well as a home base for all our Grants Pass adventures! Huge bedrooms and bathrooms for all and a kitchen.

Fantastic for our 2 families. 4 primary suites all with King Beds and private baths made it very comfortable.

We really liked this property and it was nice to enjoy family time (we are 3 siblings with spouses, all senior citizens). The view was wonderful from the back deck and we enjoyed sitting there to talk (when it wasn’t raining). We had a few hiccups but the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

The house was nice and pretty clean, but please note that 2 of the bedrooms/baths were not attached and had separate entrances so would not be good for young children. The outside is in need of some TLC. It could be a beautiful property with some upkeep. Love the view of the river and the location.

Park-like property

We had a wonderful holiday stay with our dogs. The large fenced yard was beautiful overlooking the river. Barbara was super responsive and took good care of us.

Lovely home. Clean. Great location right on the river. Comfortable beds. Liked that each room had their own bathroom. One star taken off because the top oven didn't heat up and we couldn't unlock the bottom oven. One suggestion would be to put a TV in the two bedrooms in the attached house. Great home for couples. Will definitely book again. Thank you

The rooms were nice. The only issue was the main first floor bathroom - the tp dispenser was broken and the only electrical outlets are inside the vanity, which makes it difficult if the appliance cord is not long enough.

Great family getaway.

The home is just as pictured. It is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Enjoyed our family getaway! Kitchen is stocked well and there is a large grill. Ample outdoor space and we used the hot tub several nights.

This was a really nice home! The best Jacuzzi we have ever enjoyed at all the rentals we have stayed at. the view was amazing. However, there is no access to the river.

Spacious Home with Beautiful Yard

This lovely home was the perfect size for 7 adults in town for a wedding. Each couple had a private room & bathroom. The 3 exterior doors for the 4 rooms gave additional privacy. The yard with the deck, hot tub and river front view were great. Highly recommended!

Great property for a family get together. The 4 king size beds are what incouraged us to choose this property. Loved having large space to be together as well as private space. The deck and back yard were wonderful. The deck overlooking the river is THE PLACE to have have coffee in the morning...Beautiful! Highly recommmend this place we enjoyed it very much. One change I would recommend, Upgrade the small toilets.
