Ce joli chalet familial de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain est situé sur West Shore Drive sur Chute Pond à Mountain, Wisconsin, à seulement une heure de Green Bay ou de Fox Valley. La cabine est située loin de la route sur un grand terrain offrant beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement et l'intimité sous les contraintes quotidiennes. La cabine est située en face des sentiers à quatre roues et motoneige. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour garer une remorque pour vos jouets. Vous pouvez décharger et être sur les sentiers en quelques minutes.

Chute Pond est un lac à accès complet de plus de 400 acres et est idéal pour la pêche, la natation, la navigation de plaisance et bien plus encore.

Profitez de la pêche, de la natation, du kayak, du 4x4, du ski de fond et bien plus encore. Nous sommes situés sur le côté nord de l'écoulement dans une grande zone de kayak, de faune et de pêche. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à toucher l'eau pour faire du bateau, dirigez-vous vers le canal pendant 5 minutes jusqu'à la zone de sillage du lac. Le meilleur des deux mondes! Il y a également plusieurs ruisseaux à truites dans la région.

La montagne est une destination de vacances toute l'année. De belles couleurs d'automne et une excellente randonnée. Rendez-vous à Bagley Rapids à tout moment de l'année pour une vue à couper le souffle. Il y a plusieurs clubs de souper incroyables dans la région ainsi que de grands magasins de crème glacée. Miam!
La chambre 1 a un lit queen. La chambre 2 a un futon en taille réelle et des lits superposés jumeaux au-dessus. Il y a un deuxième lit double dans la même pièce.
La cabine peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement.

Great Family Getaway

This property was perfect for a week up north with our young kids. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boats, along with the large fireplace area in the evenings. Michelle is a great host and always available to answer questions in a timely manner.

Had a great stay with the family. Everything was perfect! Had a little rain one day, which was completely fine due to the covered patio. Besides the great views, that was the best part of the house in my opinion!

Place was very clean and up to date! The backyard space was amazing and dog and 5 year old did not want to leave. This was a great place to create some memories!

PERFECT getaway from our city lives!

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed and plenty of room for two families of 4. We enjoyed the area around us and visited a couple little towns. We fished, we kayaked, we built a fire. It was so relaxing and just what we were all looking for. Check in was easy and the owner was very supportive! We had all the tools we needed to cook for 8 people and plenty of towels and dishes. We will for sure be going back!

This cottage way exceeded our expectations! My teenage boys were like little kids in a candy shop! The cottage was nice and clean and very updated. The owner even checked up on us when some storms rolled through. I can honestly say that it was worth every cent! This was our first rental and a very memorable one. Thank you Doug and Michelle.

Quiet Getaway

I enjoyed our stay. The outdoor seating area overlooking the lake was probably the highlight of the stay. We went during the week and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Communication with Michelle was on point. I was bummed we had to bring our own blankets for every bed because I had to pack 4 for the family and it was a lot of extra baggage to travel with. Other than that, no complaints. Thank-you!

Clean property, accommodating hosts

Due to unforeseen circumstances, adjustments needed to be made to our stay. Michelle stayed in communication with us the entire time. On the property, we had great access to the waterway with the peddleboat and kayaks. The accommodations was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained and the outdoor living space gave us all the room we needed to escape for a few days. As runners, the ATV trail and connecting roads gave us plenty of options to put in miles. We were able to treat ourselves at Scoopers in a short drive and enjoy time at Chute Pond.

Chute Pond Vacation

Best place to go! The property managers communication was great even took a couple late night question and explained every detail. My family and I love the property. Water activities in the back yard and ATV trails start at the end of the drive way. There’s certainly a night life on the weekends with plenty of other activities depending on the time of year. Area is surprising quiet even on the weekends with all the ATVs and boats in the area. The house was very accommodating, clean, organized, simple and modern. The house comfortably slept my party of 10 with pet. My family and I had a very memorable long weekend and would do it again in a heart beat we can’t wait till next year.

True R&R for this family from Texas

Devastation turned into the best family trip ever.... Our trip started with a message from the owner saying that this cabin had been crushed by a tree (and actually will be torn down) during a wind storm just a few days before we were to arrive from Texas. We scrambled to find something comparable but didn't have any luck. Michelle made other housing accommodations for us and we were able to still use the property, kayaks, paddle boat, dock, etc. Let me just say, WOW! We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the lake was quite throughout our stay. That may not be the norm on the weekend though. We also enjoyed the kayaks, splash pad, fishing from the dock, fires at night, water fowl, just everything. The town was small and many places were closed during our time there but we did visit Everbreeze Resort and had good food and drinks. My only complaint and its not about this property, would be the lack of boat and UTV rentals in the area. We would have loved doing those things while here but couldn't find rentals anywhere. I highly recommend! Thank you Michelle!

A beautiful location

It was just we were looking for to get away for a long weekend! The lake and view from the cabin were great! The cabin was rustic, cute and cozy! We would definitely come back. We had lots of fun walking around and exploring!

Winter visit

Great little place!

We had a lovely stay in the cozy home. It's just steps from Chute Pond and there were kayaks available for our use. The place was clean and the owner very easy to work with. My only suggestion would be to put doors on the bedrooms!

Beautiful Property

The property contained everything as promised by the owner. The view of the pond was beautiful, the fire pit area and interior of the house were both clean and organized. Communication with the owner was spot-on and questions were answered promptly. Unfortunately we weren't able to catch any fish off of the pier after several hours of trying, but there were a few other places to fish in the area.

Everything it promised to be.

Me and my family spent four nights here and had a great vacation. Beautiful view, quiet part of the flowage. Spent time on the kayaks and fishing pan fish from the dock with my girls, then trips up to the main lake in the boat, swimming at the county beach and slippery rock. Visited Sweet Memories candy shop in Lakewood per recommendation and was not disappointed. Ended every night around a camp fire. Everything we could have asked for. Any questions were quickly answered. Thanks for the vacation memories from me and my family. -Scott

We had a great time on our quick family getaway.

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed there. The use of the kayaks and fire pit was great. The kids were on the dock most of the day. Easy drive to slippery rock, the rocks to jump off of and the swim area. The restaurants and ice cream shops were easily accessible and were frequented. Would stay here again.

This family cabin was bought in 2013 where we had been restoring it to it's original glory. In 2020 we were hit by straight line winds and were forced to start over. Since then we have built this new cozy cabin with outdoor living being a focus! Who doesn't want to sit outside when it is warm no matter the weather?! Where the cabin once sat, this is now a large flat bag toss area overlooking the water!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought this property for the location. We are right on the 4 wheeler trails, on the water where there is not a lot of boat traffic allowing floating, swimming, kayak and fishing without any concern but yet we can take a boat up the water way to get to the fun on the main lake within 5 minutes.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We include a paddle boat and the use of 3 kayaks with the rental. Amazing views. EVERY morning you can wake up to unlimited wild life right on the water in front of you. Kayaking is amazing in this area. There is the Chute Pond jumping rock, slippery rock, and a sand bar on the lake for social gathering. The main lake is full access to allow for unlimited boating fun. Drive or hike to Bagley Rapids which is right up the road. Mountain Lookout Tower is 5 minutes away. There are some great ice cream places in the area and an old fashion candy store in Lakewood for those of you with a sweet tooth like me. The Weatherwood supper club is 3 minutes away and has a GREAT salad bar and food! So much more! We are located on the Chute Pond (lake) flowage. Swim off the small beach or launch the kayaks. The center of the lake is shallow making it perfect for fishing for perch or kayaking around while there is a perfect place to play and swim in the water right off the shore and dock.
