Sleeping is easy with three king bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with side-by-side queens, plus a queen Murphy bed in a separate room. With its elegant and elevated design, this condo is Family- and group-friendly, ideal for reunions, celebrations, or Music City Center stays, with hotel-level cleanliness and quick access to tons of dining, universities, and nightlife.
THE SPACE
This large, thoughtfully designed home is built for groups who want room to spread out without sacrificing style. The floor plan includes four true bedrooms and three full bathrooms: three bedrooms each feature a comfortable king bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two queen beds set side by side, perfect for friends or family who want to stay close but still have their own space. An additional queen Murphy bed in the common area adds even more flexibility when your headcount shifts or an extra guest joins the trip.
The main living area brings everyone together with a relaxed seating zone and smart TV, while the adjacent kitchen is stocked for simple cooking, snacks, and morning coffee before you head out for the day. A large dining table anchors the space and makes it easy for groups to share meals, celebrate, or spread out laptops and planners. Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to the action without staying directly on Broadway. Rideshares are fast and frequent, and many downtown attractions are a short drive or quick scooter ride away. Guests have access to the buildingâs shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.
â Smoke-Free Home & Communityâ
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit, any common areas, including hallways, courtyards, pool areas, parking garages, or condo balconies. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.
â Supplies & Essentialsâ
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.
â Families & Baby Gearâ
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.
â Maintenance & Repairsâ
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.
â Trash, Recycling & Cardboardâ
A trash chute is located to the left of the elevators on every level; all trash must be bagged and securely tied before using the chute. Cardboard boxes and larger items should not go down the chute, please break them down and dispose of them in the designated dumpsters in the lower-level garage bins.
â Trains, Noise & Soundproofingâ
Freight trains run directly behind Hyve along the rear side of the building and may be heard during your stay. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit. This unit is on the opposite side of the building, so train noise is typically less noticeable.

Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting.
â Building Security & Access â
Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes.
â The bonus space features a queen sized murphy bed, for flexible sleeping arrangements.
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property).
