Couchers de soleil sur un magnifique lac.

Grande maison de 2 étages sur le lac Bob Sandlin avec 188 pieds de rivage. Chaque histoire a sa propre cuisine. La propriété peut accueillir 22 personnes dans des lits. Table de billard, barbecue, hangar à bateaux à 3 pattes, AC, DirectTV, WIFI, laveuse / sécheuse et tout le confort de la maison.
Cette maison est assez grande pour que 2 familles séparées puissent en profiter en toute intimité. Le salon à l'étage comprend une cuisine complÚte, une suite parentale avec bain à remous, 2 chambres avec lits doubles et une autre salle de bain complÚte.
Le salon inférieur comprend une cuisine complÚte, une suite parentale avec deux lits superposés. Il y a un dortoir au niveau inférieur pouvant accueillir 12 personnes dans des lits complets. Il y a une grande salle de bain dans le dortoir.
La vue est magnifique depuis n'importe quelle piĂšce au bord du lac dans la maison.
Le hangar à bateaux est un tentaculaire 1,648 pieds carrés avec la place pour un ponton, un hors-bord et 2 jet skis. Tous sur les ascenseurs mécaniques. Apportez votre embarcation ou louez auprÚs de notre service local, Top Water Rentals.

Wonderful lake home! Wonderful hosts! Absolutely gorgeous sunsets! Could not have asked for more. Our family, ranging in age from 4 to 72, was extremely comfortable. We used it all
. Two kitchens, four bedrooms, bunk room (fabulous!), fire pit, pool table
. All of it. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and the two kitchens certainly made cooking the meal easier.

We had a perfect stay at this lake house. The property is huge and had more than enough space for our group of 12 adults and 3 little ones under 4. The two kitchens were very well equipped, which made cooking for a big group easy. The patios—both upstairs and downstairs—were gorgeous and gave us beautiful views of the lake throughout our stay.The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bunk room was such a clever setup. It ended up being my favorite part of the house.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and everything about the property was exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, furnishings and location on the water!This is our second year to visit this property. It is perfect for our group of 16. The property is set up such that if you have older kiddos/teenagers, they can sleep downstairs in the bunk room and also eat lunch on that level which is closer to the doc and water and keeps the chaos out of the main part of the house :).The owners are so nice and and accommodating to all our needs and questions. And we love Bob Sandlin lake!The one thing I might suggest is more linens for the kitchen.

Family Vacation

We stayed for a one week family vacation. We brought our boat and spent time fishing at the dock, swimming and playing out on the lake. There is a marina nearby that allowed us to store our boat trailer for the week for a minimal fee. The house is very comfortable and accommodated our extended family of 13 very nicely. The bunk room is fabulous for kids. The beds are all super comfortable and the kitchens are well-equipped. The owners were very gracious, kind and quick with communication. We would definitely recommend this home and stay again.

Less than Expected

Sure...the lake...It's always beautiful...not weather accessible during our stay (too cold), but that's ok..Gathering (common area) good..kitchen upstairs (which is your main walk-in floor from front door) was rather small..lighting in kitchen needs to be improved very poor lighting to prepare food... and no light working over stove( microwave light over stove not operable and had these magnet "needing-to-be-charged regularly" weak lights to supply stove lighting, and small counter space to prepare meals...cookware needs replacing in first floor kitchen..Wasn't expecting ceiling mold over the jacuzzi in main floor master...and WAS expecting at least a bedroom bench in the main floor master suite, to be able to sit down and put your shoes on..or a small nice upholstered chair to sit in if needed. Dragged a dining room chair into there to use...ALSO the loud squeaking floor in that master suite, at end of bed towards bathroom, was SO LOUD it was being heard below (and I'm only 135 lb, so not from heavy folks)...I wouldn't have reserved had I known the main floor master suite's door faced the kitchen...the early morning noise coming through the closed door every morning was disturbing to my morning quiet that I need. To add to that was a MAJOR water leak..plumber sent...Note to owner...one of our party stated a stepping stone down to the lake is loose and tipped on them when they stepped down and they almost fell...the steps going down to the lake are not the safest...

Great Escape Weekend!

Love, love, love everything about this house! We had a group of 9 adults and we were all perfectly accommodated with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and the location on the lake provided pristine views and quietness for relaxing. The layout and two kitchen areas were also perfect. We were able to cook and enjoy the space for catching up and watching football. The owners were very responsive and helpful with the couple of questions we had. Highly recommend!

Amazing spot on Lake Bob Sandlin

The house was beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 11. The owners went above and beyond - our 8 year old daughter forgot her beloved teddy bear and they FedEx’d it to us within a couple days. We will for sure be back!

We loved this property! We had our annual family lake trip reunion. It was perfect for our family

The home was beautiful and very accommodating, We took our boat and it was a perfect location on the water We had a group of 8 adults, 7 children and an infant and it was perfect having the older kiddos downstairs in the bunk room with access to a full kitchen for daytime snacking and lunches and a game room with pool table and t.v. The owners were fantastic to communicate with! The ONLY negative was the amount of bath towels. We could have used more of those :) We would definitely go back

Family vacation

Our family is 10 adults and 6 children (oldest is 8). We try to get together each year for a vacation and this year we chose this VRBO at Bob Sandlin Lake. The property was everything it advertised and more. The hosts were great to work with, the lake was beautiful, and the entire setting was the perfect place to vacation. Truly first class. We loved it so much we are already planning to return next year. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO.

Solar Eclipse

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. The property was beautiful with a large outdoor area on the lake. My entire family enjoyed both levels of the decks overlooking the lake. The dock and fire pit were also very enjoyable. The inside was very spacious for my entire family. It was beautifully decorated. There were numerous bedrooms. The bunk room was one of the best that I have seen. It was large with a very spacious bathroom. The sliding glass doors that opened up onto the lakeside deck made the room bright and inviting. The two kitchens were an added bonus as well. The owners were extremely responsive and informative. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to stay here.

Great place

The home is beautiful with amazing views. Great location in a quite neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the lake swimming, tubing with our boat, and fishing. We caught several fish right off the dock including a 17 pound catfish in the evening. Pool table and pacman were nice to have when it rained.
