This apartment is outstanding. The owner took care of every detail and had even stocked with fridge and pantry with special items. The location is great and you can walk to all of your favorite Highlands shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels so you aren't doing laundry on vacation. By far away, our favorite place to go stay in the North Carolina mountainsWe go every year at least once a year and David is an amazing host and the Nest is certainly one of our favorite spots anywhere. The Nest is a perfect place to stay in the highlands. This place was better than what the pictures showed. They do an incredible job decorating and providing a peaceful, relaxing experience. It is walking distance to all shops in town. David is quick to respond and his instructions on check in were very easy to follow. We could not have enjoyed our stay at “The Nest” more! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful display of snacks and wine- and gorgeous accommodations. Beth, the owner, was so responsive, gracious and helpful. We stayed a week and enjoyed cooking many meals in the home and also loved being walking distance to the incredible shops and restaurants. We stayed during Highlands busiest season and absolutely could not have appreciated the location of the home more. We only used our car to travel to hikes- otherwise we could walk everywhere. We travel to Highlands often and this was by far our favorite home in the heart of it all. Thank you, Beth, for making our experience truly special, We hope to come back many more times!

Nest 205 was nicely appointed and oh so convenient. We had a wonderful sister trip to Highlands and we loved our accommodations. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with a wonderful open concept living and kitchen area. The view of Old Edwards Inn and quaint shops up the street was a real plus to wake up to. Royce Realty did an excellent job of welcoming us and everything was just as it should be! We’ll definitely stay here again!
