No need to drive!! Walk everywhere in town from this Upper Level three bedroom two bath apartment tucked into a quiet business plaza. Designed by a local architect, this in-town apartment is only two blocks from all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and less than a block from Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park, where you can stroll over and listen to the music on Saturday Nights in the summer. Main bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. Guest hall bedroom has a King bed, and 3rd bedroom has a King or can be converted to 2 Twins. Another full bathroom sits in the hallway across from guest bedroom. Laundry room includes washer, dryer, and utility sink. The open-concept livingroom & kitchen boast plenty of natural light and extended ceilings, as well as a second balcony overlooking the Carolina Square plaza. On the backside of the apartment, a large screened-in porch provides a perfect place to enjoy the cool summer evening, and even has a small TV mounted on the wall.
All TVS in this home (located in the Master, Hall Guest Bedroom, Livingroom, Dining Area, and Screened-in Porch) and are smart TVs, with YouTubeTV provided by the owner for guest use.
Apartment is upstairs and is accessed via stairs or elevator in a private lobby at the center of the plaza. Please notify our office if you wish to use the elevator so we can make sure it is unlocked for your stay.
**Please note there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property for security purposes. **
*This is an animal friendly (DOGS ONLY) property. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required.*
[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers),, basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
You may purchase Travel insurance to cover your trip for cancellations. Contact Highlands Vacation Rentals for details.
