The beach can be busier during peak times due to the nearby public beach access, but many guests appreciate the convenience of being just steps from the Gulf. We'd also like to clarify that our listing does not state that kayaks and paddleboards are included with the home. It explains that they can be reserved online for an additional fee and delivered directly to the property for guests' convenience. We're sorry if that information was overlooked or caused any confusion. We appreciate your maintenance comments as well. Since your stay, we've addressed several of the items you mentioned through routine repairs and upkeep, and we're continually investing in the home to keep it in excellent condition. We strive for every guest to have a 5-star experience, and while we're disappointed we fell short during your stay, we truly appreciate your feedback.
