Lazy Days -

Lazy Days is a lovely home located in the popular community of Gulf Trace at Grayton Beach. It comfortably sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms- one king, two queens and a twin. This property has a great open floor plan that makes spending time with family in the kitchen, eating area and large living room easy. The balconies off the home have expansive and breathtaking views of the surrounding areas that submerge you into the wildlife. The white sandy beaches are only 200 yards away.

Cook in the large, updated kitchen or take in the scenery while grilling outside. The covered, screened in porches have plenty of patio furniture and lots of outside seating. The Master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, balcony right off the bedroom and large private bathroom with a full shower. A second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen and a Twin. There is an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and another half bathroom as well. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV in the living room makes entertaining the whole crowd fun. Open the door and feel the breeze come in off your balcony and enjoy the breath taking views of the gulf, dunes and wildlife.

Lazy Days Indeed

This was our second time renting this house. It's close to the beach, quiet, clean and well maintained. We love how comfortable we feel in the house and surrounding area.

Lazy Days was perfect for us

This property was exactly as presented as advertised. It was perfect for us! Our grandsons had room to play baseball, football and Frisbee in front yard. We all enjoyed deck and screen porch. Short walk to beach. Less crowded than other places we’ve stayed.

This house was perfect! We loved how close it was to the beach, the cleanliness and the convenience of everything. Would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

Home away from home

This place was perfect for my family this week. Very relaxing and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely plan on coming back.

Excellent location but terribly outdated house

We love the neighborhood of Gulf Trace as you cannot beat the location. Every house in the neighborhood has access to the beach and it is not crowded and just lovely. Short bike ride to Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Watercolor and Seaside. I could tell from the pictures that this house was not shiny and bright like some of the others. However, it was extremely outdated. Gross carpet in the bedrooms. Obviously the tile floors had not been cleaned very well as our feet were constantly dirty if not wearing our shoes. Plus we saw cockroaches and lots of Palmetto bugs. We did call the property management company to spray and they sent someone out the next day. But still bugs after that. Kitchen has a lot of plates and silverware but pots and pans very very old. We love this neighborhood but won’t be staying at this house again.

oK but better places for price

the bridge that makes the location of the property attractive was out - this was evidently planned work - this was not communicated and as the property is marketed and priced for location the value isn't there without the access - its older and not as clean as one would hope with some obvious deffer ed maintenance

True beach cottage!

If you are looking for a true beach cottage with a Gulf view in a secluded, quiet neighborhood, this is your booking. The house has been loved for many years and could use some updating but it was very, clean comfortable and enjoyable for our needs.
