One of a Kind Guesthouse on Private Property.
Located on quiet cul-de-sac in residential neighborhood.
Enjoy your Morning Coffee or evening Cocktails on Breezy Front Porch.
Hardwood floors throughout, Hardwood Counters In kitchen and Bar area. Bar seating and Seperate Coffee Bar located in Kitchen Galley. 20 Foot Ceilings in Great Room and Dining area pronounced large exposed beams make our GuestHouse feel much bigger than it is. Mood lighting on Beams and smell of fresh pine throughout. Bathroom features custom vintage Oak Vanity, Rainforest Ipe floor with Large Slate/Stone tile walk- in Shower. Queen bed in main Bedroom with back deck to relax and enjoy the wonderful MV sunsets serenaded by choirs of local birdsongs..
AC, Large Ceiling Fans throughout, Wi-Fi.
Fully Equipped Gourmet kitchen with brand new Gas stove.
1 Full Bedroom and a cozy sleeping loft (or yoga/stretch read study area) overlooking Great room.
Timber sleeps 4 comfortably. Loft also great spot for Children entertainment/sleeping quarters..

Although your wonderful Host lives in close proximity to our Guesthouse, respecting privacy during your stay is our top priority.
Close to ferry, shopping, Main Street Restaurants, Cinema, Cafes, Tashmoo boat launch, Tashmoo beach.
10 Minute Drive to Oak Bluffs, 15 Minute Drive to Edgartown.

Please be aware that Transport to and from Martha's Vineyard is most difficult on weekends during the summer.

Here are some recommendations...
If you attempt to book summer Ferry reservations and the dates appear to be full, we suggest booking dates in close proximity to your reservations as your placeholder, then using that reservation to waitlist the days you've reserved here.

You also might want to consider booking weekday to weekday (instead of weekend to weekend) if your schedule allows.

If you are experiencing issues with Ferry transport, phone lines open up on Feb 20th.

I was in search of peaceful rest, and I found it! This home was so beautiful! Everything was scaled for one person or two couples. Since I traveled alone, I was happy to have the comfort of being in a cozy space. The attention to detail and the intention to provide serenity for travelers was most appreciated. Wow. Where do I start. Everything was excellent. Greg and his mom are fantastic host. My family loved the attention to detail and how quaint the property is. From the ceiling fans to the a/c unit to the lighting. We would stay here a million times over. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent place to stay on the island! The house is very well laid out and very comfortable for the two of us! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower weee very clean. The location is a plus - away from the hustle and bustle of Edgartown yet only 10 minutes away. Close to Vinyard Haven as well. The hosts were outstanding!!!

This is the most lovely place to stay. It's clean, has great amenities, the house is beautiful and the host, Greg, is wonderful. The house is nestled in the woods, is very private and quiet but very close to town.This is our 2nd year at this location and we look forward to returning.Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay at Greg’s property. Phenomenal hospitality by him and his family, and while the home is close to other properties, we felt that we had our private oasis in Vineyard Haven. Our dog Franklin had a quiet space to relax in as well. The walk to downtown only took about 15-20 minutes. We would definitely return in the future!

Peaceful! Serene! Clean! What an incredible experience. If you are looking for a space to decompress and enjoy all the island has to offer, this is the place for you. Far enough away from traffic and noise, but walking/biking distance to shops, food and everything else. Hopefully you get to meet Greg and his amazingly warm and welcoming Mom. Be advised, if you are scheduled to attend any function, I wouldn't recommend you sitting near the TV, as you are guaranteed to fall asleep from the cool breeze circling the house . Amazing experience. Will definitely come back. In addition to being an amazing host, Greg's quite the rennessance Man who's also very engaging. Promise you will enjoy your stay!

Perfect little cottage for a getaway to MV. Minutes from the ferry & downtown Vineyard Haven. We spent a lovely week during the 'shoulder' season here and it was the ideal size for the three of us (me, girlfriend, & our dog). Well appointed all around - we mixed in home-cooked meals with trips to local faves for dining. We'll definitely be back!

Great Cabin Feel

Our stay here was wonderful. Located on a quiet street within walking distance to Vinyaed Haven. Great family owned and local knowledge was great. Cant wait to return to the island and stay here again.

What an adorable cozy Timber Cottage!! My adult children and their sweethearts stayed here for my huband's and my wedding and we were all thrilled with the accommodations. It's spacious and beautiful and thoughtfully layed out - lovely soaring ceilings. Peaceful location yet close to everything. The host was very kind and communicative. Would definitely rent here again!

LIL HAVEN

My husband and I stayed at this lovely getaway for a week. The home was lovely and had plenty of amenities. This wonderful home was clean, quiet and very cozy. We loved that is was nestled away on a cul-du-sac yet close to shops and restaurants. We look forward to being guests again.

Truly a little haven

This all wood house near Main Street Vineyard Haven was charming and ideal for our 4 day vacation. It had everything we needed and was very clean. There was an adorable front porch with seating and another small porch off the primary bedroom. It was an AMAZING place to stay.
