Vous séjournerez dans un appartement entièrement meublé dans le centre de Paris.

Cet appartement typiquement Parisien vous offrira un confort chaleureux et luxueux comme à l’hôtel tout en vous donnant le sentiment d'être chez vous, offrant une réelle expérience de la vie à Paris comme un Parisien.

Les équipements de l'appartement comprennent notamment une machine à café Nespresso, une connexion Internet WIFI haut débit, des draps et des serviettes ainsi qu’une literie haut de gamme et bien plus encore !

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Montorgueil, quartier préféré des parisiens avec nombreux restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Il est situé à quelques minutes a pied du Musée du Louvre et un grand nombre de célèbres monuments sont à coté. Les Grands Boulevards sont également situés juste à coté.

Cet appartement est situé au 1er étage. Il dispose de 2 chambres, de 2 salles de bains, une cuisine équipée, d’un espace repas et d'un vaste salon dans lequel vous pourrez vous réunir confortablement.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur, un four combiné micro-onde, une bouilloire, une machine à café Nespresso, un lave-vaisselle, et un lave-linge séchant.

Le coin repas dispose d'une table à manger pour 6 personnes et le salon comprend deux canapés confortables, une table basse et une télévision à écran plat.

Nous viendrons vous accueillir personnellement pour vous présenter l’appartement, afin que vous vous sentiez immédiatement comme chez vous.

Notre agent de check-in prendra le temps de vous expliquer comment utiliser votre appartement mais aussi comment profiter au mieux de votre séjour avec des conseils pour vous rendre vers les monuments populaires et vous donner, avec plaisir, des conseils sur certains de nos endroits secrets et préférés à visiter.

Note : Un supplément de 30€ vous sera demandé pour une arrivée tardive de 20 :00 à 22 :00 (sur demande uniquement). Les heures habituelles d’arrivée sont de 15 :00 à 20 :00.

L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble résidentiel. Les voisins tiennent à ce que la tranquillité du bâtiment soit respectée et que le bruit soit maintenu à un niveau raisonnable de jour comme de nuit. Les fêtes sont donc strictement interdites.

Une caution par emprunte de carte bancaire (il n’y a ni débit, ni frais) vous sera demandée au moment du check-in pour couvrir les frais liés à une éventuelle violation de notre Règlement Intérieur. It was a location that had shops close, but it wasn't really close to any of the major spots to tour. It was in a sketchier part of the city so it felt a little scary at night, but felt safe having 4 locks to get inside our vrbo. Overall, it was a good stay.

Apartment was clean and much as described. However, one bedroom has a shower in the room but you have to go down the hallway to the toilet and sink. Other bath is across the hallway from the bath. It is one flight of steps up with no lift. We were greeted and shown everything. Internet seemed to work fine. The neighborhood was colorful. It was quiet. It was not what I would call luxurious but we certainly got what we paid for.

The apartment is described perfectly. It is small but has everything you need to be comfortable. We were there with our 16 year old daughter and we all enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood had great restaurants close by and small local coffee shops with a great vibe. We did feel as if we were living in Paris for the week. One small note. Use the fob on the keychain to get into the main door. It is easier than the code. Looking forward to our next stay.

We were very comfortable in our clean and convenient apartment. Adonis greeted us warmly and was very informative. The best thing to us was the very central location - it felt like a hub from which we easily walked to major museums, the Seine, Le Marais, Montmartre, Champs Élysèes and more.

Very nice!

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was as described and communication with the host was all timely. The area is comfortable to walk through even in the evenings (using common sense being in a city of course). We had everything we needed to enjoy eating 'at home' and the options for places to eat around the apartment were great.

The apt is a little difficult to enter (lots of codes) and smaller than appears in the pictures. The “master” bathroom does not have a toilet attached, it’s down the hall. I specifically chose this apt because I assumed it had two full baths. And the second bathroom is very very small. It’s a typical Parisian apt so if you’re ok with that then it’s good. I will most likely stay in a different part of town next time but it’s very cute and lots of places to dine and close to metro. Do t forget about deposit when you arrive!!! It’s 500.

Cute little 2 bedroom apartment with lots of room. There are stairs, keep that in mind, but good security measures and close to many cafes and restaurants. Ubers are plentiful. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again when back in town.

Good property with helpful staff

The place itself was great with everything the listing mentioned. Good location, clean accommodations. What stands out is the accommodating staff. They let us drop our stuff off before checkin time while the place was still being cleaned even though this was not an expectation. In addition, after checking out, our Eurostar train was cancelled that night and we had to spend another night in Paris and needed help finding a room. Owner provided friendly advice late at night.

Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Paris. Only complaint was lack of AC, but that's apparently common in Paris. One outlet needs fixing in the master bedroom. Nice updated space in a charming building. Neighborhood seemed safe and quaint. We would stay here again.

Nice, quiet home base for a lovely Paris vacation

What a great find! The apartment is spacious and in a convenient location to the metro. It was quiet at night and quite comfortable. We spent every day out and about but really enjoyed our stay in the evenings. The rental group was communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

Brilliant apartment

We stayed at the apartment for a weekend with a group of 6 ( 3 mums and 3 teenage girls) and this was the ideal base. We loved the vibrant area and the location was perfect to explore Paris. The apartment was ideal with space for all of us with a good amount of bathrooms and comfortable beds and sofa bed. It’s really secure and very clean. All the communications were quick and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great base in a neighbourhood with lots of offer including shopping and wonderful places to eat as well as being a 20mins walk from Gard du Nord and 20mins to the river.

Great apartment!

The apartment was as described and very comfortable for 4 adults. Communication was excellent and we appreciated that the host was wiling to be flexible with our check-in process since our train was delayed coming in to Paris. The apartment does appear to be in a bit of a 'red-light district' but is very close to many amenities, the metro and was quite safe. Highly recommended!
