Gorgeous house and grounds. We loved it so much we didn't do much else- despite there being so much to do in and around Asheville!! Perfect for a girls trip. We've stayed at a lot of fabulous VRBOs and this was at the top of the list. Really appreciated how responsive and helpful the rental agent and owners were. We can't wait to come back.

Great House!

We loved this house for our family vacation with our adult sons and their families. The home was situated on beautiful acreage that the kids and adults both enjoyed! The home was well appointed and all aspects felt luxurious. We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Girls Trip Getaway

We had a wonderful trip to Asheville and absolutely loved this home! The decor is gorgeous, and the location is peaceful yet a short drive from town. One of our favorite places was the outdoor porch with plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. The communication from the owners/property group was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Perfection!

Everything about the house was perfect. We had the added bonus of being there in December, so the living room had a real Christmas tree and other decorations which we very much appreciated. We had three couples in our group so it worked out great since everyone got a king bed and their own bathroom. My husband and I were the lucky ones that got to stay in the primary bedroom which had a lovely fireplace! Everything about the house was perfect and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect rental home!

Everything was exactly as described. The property is gorgeous, close to town and easy to find. The house was clean and very well stocked. Everything we needed was already there, minus refrigerated items. The property managers called to check on us and we were so pleased with our experience at the Chateau. This is by far the best rental property we have ever used and we will return!

Great family trip!

This was the perfect house for us! We went to see snow with our 4 kids - didn't see real snow, but had a great vacation!! Our kids loved the house and grounds so much, that upon taking them to explore Asheville they would just ask "can't we just go back to the house to play outside???" Comfortably appointed for all of us, we LOVED the outdoor area. Owners couldn't have been nicer recommending activities, restaurants (Curate was a highlight), and a private chef (CrackerJack Chef was AMAZING). Thanks for a great spot. We would definitely stay again!

UNCA Graduation celebration

The Chateau, is beautiful and large enough for multiple families to enjoy. We loved our stay with family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UNCA. What a memorable way to celebrate. We enjoyed the provided board games in the outdoor area and were kept warm with the blankets and fireplace. I could go on and on. We will always remember our stay thanks again for everything! Terri

Amazing

We stayed over Christmas. They had the house beautifully decorated including a Christmas tree. There were seven family members staying in the house and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We loved sitting by the outside fireplace with the warmest blankets I have ever felt. The location of the house gives you tons of privacy but you are also a short drive from stores and restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone and can't wait to come back.

Fabulous

Perfect mountain getaway for our family of 7. We spent our Christmas holiday week here and it was awesome. All the beds are super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of room the gather together. The outside pavilion and fireplace was where we spent the most time. The location to downtown and all areas around Asheville was perfect. Close enough to everything but just far enough away to feel like you’ve escaped the hustle and bustle. The grounds are very well manicured and fun to walk around. We saw lots of wild life and even hiked to the top of the mountain. I would highly recommend the chateaux and will be back again.

Gorgeous Mountain Home

The Chateau is so stunning and made the most wonderful base for our visit to Asheville. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The location is serene and very private. The only sounds we heard were the birds and the wind gently rustling the leaves in the forest. We enjoyed walks around the property and neighborhood every day. The home is beautifully decorated and the large covered patio with fireplace was our go-to hangout each evening. It felt like we were a world away from town and yet it was a quick drive to every convenience. We enjoyed having a chef come in to prepare a lovely meal one night, apple picking in nearby orchards, touring the Biltmore Estate, and wonderful restaurants in Asheville. Thank you for sharing your piece of Heaven with us! We highly recommend this amazing property.

Gracious Asheville Retreat

A gracious home in a gorgeous wooded setting - the house is not only beautiful but perfectly appointed for a retreat with family or friends. The indoor and outdoor dining and shared living areas easily accommodated our family party of 8 adults and older teens for meals and conversation, while the beautiful master suite downstairs, three upstairs bedrooms (including a second suite), and the bonus study/game room over the garage allowed for privacy. The house sits in a wooded lot above a pond and creek that provide the feeling of being secluded in nature, even though the property is an easy 15-20 minute drive to groceries, restaurants, the Biltmore estate, and Asheville's thriving and diverse arts studios. Truthfully, the house is so beautiful that we changed our dining plans, choosing to take advantage of carryout and the modern chef's kitchen so that we could enjoy beautiful mornings and evenings on the covered patio rather than driving to one of Asheville's many top-notch restaurants. The owners have provided detailed information on the house and the management company provided the perfect amount of support before and during our visit. In short, this large house truly feels like a home - we didn't want to leave!

A Tranquil Mountain Retreat in Asheville!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful mountain vacation rental in Asheville, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a memorable stay. First and foremost, the location was simply breathtaking. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this rental provided a serene and tranquil environment that was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The panoramic views of the surrounding nature were nothing short of stunning, and we couldn't get enough of the fresh mountain air. The property itself was a true gem. The attention to detail and the thought put into every aspect of the rental was evident. The interior was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. Gorgeous mountain home

Absolutely amazing home and property. This beautiful home had more than enough room for my family and both sets of our parents to enjoy Thanksgiving together. The outdoor fireplace and sitting area was a great place to gather and the views were also amazing. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Fabulous Vacation Getaway

This property was amazing! The photos were beautiful, but the actual space was incredible! We were a group of three couples. We enjoyed the space so much that we cancelled dinner plans and stayed in, using the outdoor space and grill. We also convened every day for breakfast and happy hour before and after our day’s activities. The house felt secluded and private- beautifully landscaped with a fire pit and pond- but just minutes from downtown Asheville. Staying at this Lynn Cove property was the cherry on top of our extremely fun trip to Asheville!

this house is amazing inside and out. I stayed with some of my cousins for an annual girls trip. We all loved it! We spent a lot of time on the back deck with a fire (even in July!). Every room was beautiful. not a speck of dust. Well decorated. The kitchen had everything you could need. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Beyond expectation

From the moment we walked in the home was magical. The home was decorated beautifully. Attention to detail was superb. Every room in the house was appointed with the utmost detail. Our family loved every room, especially the logia where we spent much of our time. Great spot for a photo shoot!
