Un autre des meilleurs de la folie! Picket Fence est un chalet Folly Beach classique de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Vous êtes sûr d'apprécier le look récemment mis à jour par les nouveaux propriétaires! La première chambre a un lit queen size confortable, et la deuxième chambre a un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux. Détendez-vous sur le porche grillagé ou profitez du porche arrière avec vue sur la belle végétation et le joli chemin qui mène à la buanderie commune et à la douche extérieure. Les installations comprennent la télévision par câble, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un barbecue au propane commun et des chariots de plage en aluminium. Et cela?s chien aussi!

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, Picket Fence est à seulement deux minutes à pied de la plage et à seulement six pâtés de maisons de la rue Centre. Cette propriété peut être louée seule ou avec ses chalets soeurs, Sea Glass Cottage et 615 East Erie. Ensemble, ces trois propriétés constituent des maisons familiales.

Cute cottage near the beach and not far from the downtown Folly area! Had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, outdoor shower handy, dog park nearby and the AC worked great! Thank you!

Great little cottage short walk to beach!

The cottage was everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach making our stay very pleasant. The only thing is that the bed felt like a full (I believe queen is on the listing) but it was still fine.

Beach Dog Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Clean, convenient, quiet and close to walks on the beach and restaurants. Staff at Best Rentals could not have been nicer. A visit with dog treats and a help with a business issue was taken care of with efficiency and a smile. Highly recommend a stay on Folly with Best Rentals.

Great Rental

Cooper Cottage is a very nice place to stay in Folly Beach. Great location close to the beach on a quiet street and still close to the commercial area. Kids and dog park close by too.

Cute cottage

We enjoyed staying at this rustic tiny cottage. It was well maintained and the grounds and amenities were nice. We loved the screen porch and could hear the waves with the windows open. Also there was laundry and an ice machine on the beautiful grounds. Really nice. Would stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Clean house. Relaxing.

Cute, quaint cottage close to the beach. Great for a small single family. The shared beach carts, chairs and coolers make it very easy to enjoy the beach. The owners make sure you have everything you need. I would stay here again.

What a great little place!

Cooper Cottage couldn't have been more perfect. It's so well situated between the beach and sound and within walking distance to everything. It was nice and quiet and we felt safe walking at night. What a gem!

Nice stay at Folly Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Cooper Cottage! The property is charming, clean and comfortable. Our college-age daughters spent part of the week with us and our dog was with us. We had a great time— very relaxing and the beach is beautiful! Easy access to Charleston too. Hope to return to Folly soon.

Perfect beach cottage

Such a cute, little beach cottage! It’s an easy walk to the beach or Center St. My two 12-year old boys loved the bunk room and I loved the screened in front porch. I can see coming back and renting the adjacent cottages with some other families.

The perfect cottage!

This cottage was better in real life than the photos. There were more than enough household supplies, super cozy — exactly what you want when you think of a beach cottage. From the decor to the beautiful landscaping and ease of walking to the beach, we hope to make our stay here and our visit to Folly Beach an annual Labor Day trip.

The property was very clean and had nice features. I loved the screened in porch, but the cottage was smaller than I anticipated and further from the beach than I really wanted. Overall, I enjoyed the visit.
