Niché juste à l'extérieur de l'agitation, ce condo de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain et d'un coin surélevé est doté de 3 espaces de stationnement réservés à seulement 20 pieds de l'ascenseur. À quelques minutes de la marina, des magasins, des restaurants et de la plage, vous ne pourriez pas demander un meilleur emplacement! La location est confortablement meublée et équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Vous y trouverez de nombreux appareils électroménagers, une télévision et une blanchisserie complète. Gardez les yeux ouverts pour des améliorations majeures dans cette propriété à venir!

L'emplacement de ce condo est unique et vous permet de profiter des vues à couper le souffle de l'ouest du soleil couchant sur le marais directement depuis votre balcon personnel! La vue continue pendant des kilomètres! La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain avec douche et bain à remous. Juste à l'extérieur de votre retraite personnelle, vous trouverez une piscine pour les jours où vous souhaitez profiter du soleil de Caroline du Sud, un quai pour les journées où vous pourrez faire du kayak ou tout simplement vous promener, et si vous vous sentez aventureux en ville Charleston est à seulement 15 minutes! Toaster needs replaced, kitchen faucet handle is broken, water coming out of fridge filter is extremely slow, bedroom with bunk beds is very very small, we liked the view and the back patio was nice for sitting- overall we liked the place and would recommend to others.

Amazing family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much! Quick access to Folly Beach and Charleston. Property description was accurate and check in seamless and Layle who welcomed us was so wonderful and helpful. She told us about a turtle inventory happening on the beach and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.

Short stay

Condo was clean and well stocked for a short visit. Location convenient to many locations. Only downside was the elevator out of services making it a long haul for carry luggage up and down the stair and long walkway.

Corner view & Family friendly

3 br 3 bath each with own TV so you can hang in your separate room or hang in the common area with the kitchen/living room or on the large patio! The corner view is great!

Great Location

My daughter and future son-in-law were having their engagement photos done by the lighthouse on Folly Beach. Great location- spacious layout for 6 adults and our precious Grand dog! We were able to walk to shoppes and restaurants and only 10 minutes from Charleston. We will be back!

Sunsets & Dolphins On The Bridge!

Awesome place with an easy and nice walk the main area of Folly Beach. We saw a nice sunset and dolphins on the bridge a min away from our condo.Well stocked unit, nice marsh view, bathroom for every bathroom, and elevator close by. Great covered parking spot, reserved for the unit. Easy drive to Charleston or just to James Island. Would recommend!

Great View

This is the corner unit so the view is unobstructed and just gorgeous. The small pier in the photo is not condo property fyi. Not a bad walk to the beach/pier and you can drive as well just be willing to pay for parking.

Great Vacation

This place was awesome. Perfect location, close enough to the beach but far enough to not be stuck in high Folly Beach traffic. The HOA was doing some upgrades on the property and didn't communicate with Best Rentals which caused some aggravation but minutes after reaching out vis website the manager called me personally, gave me her cell and they jumped on any issues immediately. Customer service all week was as good as it could possibly be. We will definitely be back, the sunset from the deck was amazing, the place was clean, parking great, nice and quiet with everything our family needed.

We didn't stay there, I accidentally fell down some of my basement steps, ended up with bruises and soarness. We also noticed from the weather channel that it rained there during our schedule visit. Our purpose would not have achieved.
