Nommé d'aprÚs un dauphin qui a été sauvé de l'intérieur de la maison aprÚs l'ouragan Hugo, le Dolphin Cottage offre un espace ouvert et léger pour se détendre en famille et entre amis. Encore mieux, les membres de la famille canine sont également les bienvenus! Le nombre maximum d'animaux est de 2, et il y a des frais non remboursables de 150 $. 00 pour un animal et 200 $. 00 pour 2 animaux. Great spot close to town! We were able to walk to get coffee, shoot hoops, eat, and go to the beach. Only 20 minutes from Charleston!

This was a very nice place to stay while visiting Folly Beach. The house was well stocked with necessities and super clean. It was also very close to the beach.

Wonderful, cozy home that had lots of nice home-y touches and was ideally situated with an easy walk to the beach or to the shops/restaurants. We enjoyed the pirate mermaid festival on the Main Street and loved the cute nautical themed rooms with little fish everywhere. The kids especially loved being there and were super sad to leave when check out day arrived. We would definitely rent this place again if it’s available the next time we are in the area.

The house is a very short walk to a nice portion of the beach. The house is charming and decorated as a beach house. We enjoyed the entire stay and plan to choose that house again next year when we return to Folly Beach.

We loved the location being just a couple blocks from center street and a couple blocks from the beach access. House was equipped with everything you need and more- additional bathroom hygiene items, greatly stocked dishes and kitchen items, etc. The deck and the yard was WONDERFUL- looked so much bigger in person. We loved the additional items for the beach- such a sweet touch in case you forgot to bring an item for yourself or kids. The owners were easy to contact. We had a great time!!!

A great beach cottage

Perfect location with easy walk to the beach and town. Well appointed cabin with lots of homey touches. We did not have to purchase or bring any basic supplies which was much appreciated. We had such a great time with our grandkids and 10/10 hope to stay here again.

We loved coming back to Dolphin Cottage for the 3rd time. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. The house was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need. The location is great - easy walking distance to the beach, Bert's, and Center Street. Looking forward to returning.

Daddy/Daughter Weekend

The property is as advertised. Dolphin Cottage is in an excellent location. A quieter section of beach is just steps away, as well as plenty of dining options. The property is clean and comfortable, with ample space for a family stay. We had an amazing weekend! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect get away

This was the first time we traveled for our spring break and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Being from the NE, we are patiently awaiting warmer weather so SC was a great place to find it! Folly Beach is a great beach town with lots of shopping and many fun and interesting places to eat. The city has an eclectic vibe that reminded us of Austin and we loved it. We explored Graffiti walk and Morris Beach/Island. We walked all over the town and explored every inch of Center Ave.We loved the proximity to Charleston and spent a day there which is amazing in itself. Our kids asked if we could come back next year and make it our spring breaks tradition:)

Great Christmas stay with family

Clean lovely space with large common living room, dining space and kitchen. We had 5 adults and one child, and we had a blast. The art was so much fun, and we appreciated the beach toys and easy access to all things on Folly.

My husband and I moved to the area, built our careers and then renovated a sailboat and took off sailing. Along the way, we had our first daughter, moved back to Folly Beach and raised our family. We moved away, living in Philadelphia for my husband's job but we moved back to the area a few years ago. We were able to keep our beach house and are now able to rent out to fortunate vacationers, such as yourself, to enjoy Folly Beach.

We moved to Folly Beach in the early 90's and immediately fell in love with the area. We bought Dolphin Cottage and took several years to renovate and modernize, while still maintaining the cottage charm of it's original construction in the 1930's. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We offer high speed internet - 940Mbps, it is recommended for serious online gamers and home office power users. We have a Smart TV and offer Netflix.
Only a few stairs to climb to access this 1 story cottage and a completely fenced in yard for privacy!
