Cette belle unité de style maison de ville de trois chambres surplombe le lac Sand Castle et dispose de tout le confort de la maison. Ceci est l'unité parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Profitez de tous les animaux et de la beauté naturelle qui entourent le lac tout en regardant le soleil se coucher dans le confort de votre terrasse.

Il y a de l'intimitĂ© pour quatre personnes, tout en pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  huit personnes. L'unitĂ© comprend une cuisine complĂšte avec service pour huit personnes, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, deux salles de bain complĂštes, une demi-salle de bain, deux tĂ©lĂ©visions, un jacuzzi et beaucoup d'espace pour s'Ă©taler. À seulement 2-3 minutes Ă  pied du centre de loisirs de Broad Creek et de la marina de Northwest Creek.

We enjoyed our stay we were scheduled to attend the Mums Fest is was canceled due to the weather however we enjoyed family time . The place was very clean comfortable beds full size fully equipment kitchen . We will definitely booked this place again !

Very Enjoyable

Was beyond pleased!

Unfortunate circumstances had brought us here! The management was beyond accommodating. Very clean and well equipped with all of the things needed to make sure our stay was a pleasant one! We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area. Could not say enough nice the things about the staff and accommodations.

Family Time in NC

We started staying at this property for family gatherings about 20 years ago. The resort is perfect for families with plenty of activities and enough space for everyone. Although our selected rental was outdated, and we dealt with a nosy resident who felt compelled to say "I never seen you in here before" while we were working out in the gym, it was a nice vacation. I would suggest selecting the Windjammer Villas as they are modern and on one floor.

Generally clean and comfortable. Living room furniture ahould be updated, cushions do not fit the couch and were not very comfortable. Ant infestation in the kitchen was handled quickly by the property manager. Convenient location and a safe and enjoyable property.

Number of bedrooms misleading

The property was advertised as 3 bedrooms. If it was truly 3 bedrooms, there would've been a door for each bedroom. If this was a family with children wouldve been acceptable, however; when youre looking to rent a space for 3 couples, i wouldnt have chosen this property. The location and view of the lake is nice. The condo could use some updating and additional cleaning. We made it work and it was sufficient for the time we were there. In the future, I will reach out to the property manager to make sure the accommodations are what will meet my needs. Thank you

New Bern townhome

The actual townhome was appropriate for our needs. Clean inside. it was very disappointing that the amenities that were advertised were not available (pool and rec area) secondary to storm damage from last year. We had planned to use the pool and rec area for our family. It would be great to have a hairdryer in both bathrooms, not just attached dryer in master bath. Additional bed linen in townhome (blanket, pillows would have been nice) Asked for those, but didn't receive sheets until the next day, no blanket or pillow. it would also be nice to have TVs in all bedrooms, not just master. Thanks to owner for providing the townhome, it met our basic needs.

Clean-ish; Rough Check in; Loved the Rec Center

Check-in was a nightmare that took over 45 minutes because the rental office had the incorrect check-in date. Management offered another night stay which we accepted. I’d advise you to check in before 6pm. The front desk staff insisted I leave a credit card for incidentals; I refused. The house was clean-ish. Giant cobwebs were on the high ceilings, fans, and wood beams. The manager sent housekeeping/maintenance, but neither corrected the issue. The grab bar was also pulled from the wall, and the dryer did not turn off. The downstairs bathroom lid was broken and clogged frequently. There were lights out, soft spots on the floor, and the carpeting was unsafe in a few areas. This is not a 3-bedroom rental. There is one private bedroom with a tiny bathroom. Take six more stairs, and a bed is at the top of the steps. Go up about ten more steps, and there is another bed. There is no door between these beds, and they share a tiny bathroom. The rental is okay. It would be better with updated amenities including dressers and an office desk. The cleaners and maintenance need to be more thorough. A Keurig, basic cooking supplies, extra plates/dishes, and a potato masher would have been helpful. Chiquita at the Broad Creek Rec Center is AMAZING. She and her partners are engaging, considerate, and thoughtful. We enjoyed the many activities at the Rec Center just around the bend. These were not included in the rental cost; we spent $200 on the activities at the Rec Center.

Repairs are not us.

The condo was great. Clean, comfortable and views of the water. I had asked the owner for a repair because the water would not come out of the shower head as the diverted was stuck. The management company called to confirm someone would come and fix the hot water. I explained what was wrong with the shower head. When we got back later that day the diverted was still stuck and the repair person left a note explaining how to turn the water on.

Nice location and benefits of rec center

House was in a good location. It was very clean and well taken care of. I only have two things to nitpick about make sure you bring lots of mosquito spray if you want to enjoy the back deck and be ready to use your legs, there is a total of 27 steps from bottom to top. I did get a good work out running after 3 small children. Overall it was a great vacation with our granddaughters.

Ants and Dishwasher

The place was very nice overall. Lovely location and views. However there were ants in the master bedroom - and we never had food there. But the ants crawled into our clothing and my toiletries. Second, the dishwasher literally separated form the cabinet when you open the door and extend the bottom shelf.

Overall....wonderful!

We stayed at the unit for two months while our home was being built in another city. The units are old, the carpets are worn but overall worked well and have a very functional layout. Sarah and the entire team at the resort are amazingly helpful and so nice.The grounds are kept immaculate, the back patio was serene and lovely. I would definitely recommend, but don't have the expectation that the units are new. Our kitchen had been updated, but everything else is pretty worn. Many many happy families have had wonderful times there, you can tell. We would definitely stay there again.

Great community for a relaxing getaway

This was a lovely little community for a short getaway. The pool and recreational facilities were great, and the pond and marina were lovely. The townhouse was spacious and great for a family. However, it was a bit dated especially the bathrooms (with cracked tiles, worn tubs, etc.). Despite that I’d recommend this place for a little getaway. Everyone was very friendly and the nearby town of New Bern was cute.
