Rénové Condo 2 chambres près de la marina!

Tous les nouveaux meubles, œuvres d'art, peinture et revêtements de sol pour ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain donnant sur le lac. Ceci est à distance de marche du centre de loisirs sur place. L'adhésion au centre de loisirs est incluse pendant votre séjour. Il y a deux piscines, des équipements de fitness, des activités quotidiennes et une soirée d’accueil hebdomadaire au centre de loisirs. Venez passer vos vacances avec nous!

Nous sommes à 8 km du centre-ville de New Bern, où vous trouverez des visites de musées, des restaurants de choix et une collection de boutiques et de magasins éclectiques. Des visites de la rivière sont disponibles, y compris une visite de la région où habite le célèbre auteur Nicholas Sparks.

Si vous restez à la station, il y a des locations de kayak, golf, vélos, mini-golf et une aire de jeux, tous situés dans la zone de la marina du site.

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, une cuisinière, un grand réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, une cafetière et un paquet de base de café, du savon à vaisselle et des languettes pour lave-vaisselle. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo.

La chambre principale a un lit king size. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis. Le canapé se présente comme un grand lit. Tous les draps sont inclus avec vos frais de nettoyage.

We really loved our stay in New Bern. The rooms were great, clean & comfortable. It was so nice to be right by the lake. So relaxing to wake up to & have breakfast on the patio overlooking the water. Check in was easy. Resort was clean & managed well.

Quaint Vacation Home

This little condo was really cute and perfect for our quick getaway. It was clean, the check in process was easy (even though the office was closed when we arrived due to the hurricane), and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We also saw 2 different alligators (~8 and ~10 feet), so they are definitely around!

Fantastic quiet get away

This is an adorable condo located in a beautiful community. We loved being away from all the crowds but still within a short drive to shops, stores, beaches and restaurants. Grandkids loved the short walk to the pool and enjoyed looking at the boats at the marina. Our stay was short but the memories made will be forever. THANK YOU!!!!

It was fantastic. One issue with the fridge. It would not opened right away after you close it so when you opened it the handle would break. All in all great time, great view and planning our next trip soon. Thanks Sarah!!

Beautiful condo!!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the photos posted!! Location was good. Close to Downtown New Bern. I can see how people got confused with the after hours check in process but after pushing the call button on the security gate the very nice guard helped getting us to the right location!! We definitely enjoyed our time and would absolutely recommend this property!!!

Fairfield Harbor

Amenities were great. The rec center provided lots for the kids to do and we had fun daily with the activities. Property was so-so. Listed as a renovated condo but only partially renovated. Bathrooms were very dingy and outdated. Enjoyed the covered patio and the serene lake view. Overall the condo served its purpose.

Rather Generic

This unit is in a community of similiar units. 3 attached units all the same blah! A pond view not very private. The staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable.

I am so disappointed you didn't enjoy your stay with us. The condo is part of a resort community with picturesque views of the lakes, marine and local waterways. Many people find the area very charming. Of course New Bern and the Fairfield Harbour resort isn't the right fit for everyone. Trouble with the booking details.

Renting the property on line was simple. When arriving I didn't get the property I paid for. I had to speak with the manager to correct it. I paid for a king, queen, n pull out sofa. They gave me keys to a queen, two twins, n pull out. I was having in issue with my phone wifi n the club house wifi to show the booking details. Eventually the manager made it right. The toilets had rings in them n the sofa bed wasn't made up, no blankets.

We are sorry your vacation with us wasn't perfect. The condo you rented had a king sized bed and two twin beds. That is noted in the property description. We did upgrade your party to a newly renovated room with the queen sized bed in the second bedroom. For sanitary reasons we don't keep the sofa bed made up but do provide the blankets sheets in the Master Bedroom closet. I apologize for the hard water stains in the toliets. I will bring that issue to the attention of our housekeepers. We do strive to make enjoyable memories for our guests. I am sorry we didn't reach our goal this time. Sarah Herrmann

Lovely Setting

The property was clean even though the finishes are a bit outdated. The amenities of the resort are fantastic and kept our four kids, ages 8-17 entertained. This unit is worth the price just to sit out on the screened in porch. There are trees for shade and we saw a bald eagle, deer, geese and other wildlife. It's very quiet and peaceful.

Nice rental close to the marina

This was perfect for us because we sailed to the marina and were able to walk to the rental. Nice place overlooking a small lake. Only complaint was a creek-like smell to the water.
