House was nice landscaping needed cleaned up. The whole sewage system of the town is bad which makes flushing of the toilets almost impossible to flush. Pool is not salt water. And hot water took forever to start to get hot,

Not Luxory, but nice

Check in was easy, communication with host great! Good location. Multiple Rodent boxes everywhere on property, right next to where you sit and try to enjoy the back yard pool area. Which stunk, because there were dead rodents inside. Dead rat at the front door upon arrival. We called host, they came and picked up and put in trash can
 also right next to pool. Blood on back patio gate. Bathrooms dirty. Kitchen cabinets falling apart. Could not sit on living room couch, as it was FULL of ants. Back patio table also FULL of ants. Been there for a while. Broken glass and candles by pool Advertised with bikes, beach chairs and essentials. All were rusted and most were non functional. Trees not maintained. One HUGE branch fell down on patio, barely missing my mother. A lot of lights inoperable. The guest bathroom shower and “jacuzzi” tub did not work. And no plugs in the bathroom of one of the bedrooms. Just not Luxory as advertised.

This property will not disappoint. Spacious enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Property is close enough to the beach yet far enough to be out of the beach traffic. Peaceful and relaxing trip, would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. Leo was incredibly responsive anytime we reached out. The pool is PERFECT! Short trip to the beach and excitement. Mom/dad, 2 kids, and grandma each had their own room, which was needed after being in a small cruise cabin for a week prior! If we ever make it back, we would 100% stay here again.

Couple of days in Hallandale Beach

Pool is wonderful and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach. The drive from the airport we were concerned with the area but as we got closer to the house the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The hot tub was enjoyable but we wished it had a temperature control. Make sure you read the welcome packet in the house for directions. The trash cans are located thru the gate behind the pool. The homeowner or agent was easy to get in touch with. Two hour drive to the Keys and Marco Island. We enjoyed both areas.

Hidden treasure

We have stayed in the Hollywood Beach area several times and were thrilled to find this place. It is away from the high traffic and tourist area but close enough to still go there when you want a good restaurant. The host was excellent and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back.

We just got back from a weeks stay! This property was absolutely beautiful & just as it was advertised. It was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the pool & hottub. Backyard is very spacious . We loved the front screened in porch to sit out in. It is located in a very nice & quiet neighborhood. We didn’t rent a car, just took Ubers down to Hollywood Beach, which is a very short drive to. The beach was very nice & clean & the boardwalk was filled with good restaurants & food! The owner Leo, was so accommodating & granted us an early check in, as our plane got in early. He responds very quickly to any questions. The check in process was very smooth as well.Publix is not far, had groceries delivered, which was nice. We will definitely be renting this home again & enjoyed our stay here.

Family vacation stay

This house was perfect for us to all stay in comfortably. The pool and hot tub kept the kids busy when we were not out enjoying the beach. It’s close to lots of food and stores, plus Hollywood beach was so fun. It was a great experience for our first time visiting Florida.

Beautiful home and outdoor space!

This house was beautiful and perfect for my young family and parents to stay at. We all had our own rooms with bathrooms and spent every morning by the pool. We also loved the neighborhood for walks to the park! Would recommended to anyone coming to the area. Also super short ride to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale beaches.

GREAT FAMILY GETAWAY - SUITS ALL NEEDS

This is the 2nd time we stayed here - so that tells you something right off the bat. The hosts are attentive and wonderful and truly want to make your experience a good one. The house floor plan makes it great for shared couples and also those with kids. In our case, we were there for a family reunion and the "older" adults stayed at the house, but the children came over to swim each day. The house is even equipped with a Pack n Play and high chair for the littlest Littles to nap and eat. The pool and jacuzzi area are lovely Staying here truly feels like you are home.

Great quick getaway

We came from Ft. Myers, choose the house because of the proximity to the beach and airport. The backyard is a perfect oasis with fruit trees all around. Very comfortable house with great layout. Everyone had their own space.
