Ceci est une superbe maison de style est du lac de Hollywood en Floride avec une grande piscine chauffée et un spa à jets! Cette étonnante maison est située sur un coin, ce qui vous donne plus d'intimité. Des meubles, des appareils électroménagers et une décoration neufs sont présents dans cette maison exquise. Cette maison spacieuse, composée de 2 salons, tous deux avec télévision à écran plat, et toutes les chambres ont de tout nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat, dernière génération 1080p avec un excellent programme. Il y a des appareils haut de gamme dans la cuisine du chef. Laveuse et sécheuse gratuites à l'intérieur de la maison. La salle à manger donne sur l'immense cour clôturée et la piscine. Le plan d'étage ouvert est parfait pour une grande famille ou des couples aussi!

Cette superbe maison est proche de tout! Plages, magasins, restaurants, parcs et lacs! Tant d'activités encore que vous ne voudrez peut-être pas quitter la maison du tout! Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine et profitez des repas et de la cuisine en plein air avec le gril à gaz. Golf, kayak, sentiers nature, jet ski et parachute ascensionnel à proximité. Louez un vélo à l'heure, à la journée ou à la semaine et profitez d'une balade pittoresque le long du Broadwalk récemment rénové en bord de mer, la promenade piétonne de 2,5 miles d'Hollywood encadrée de charmants cafés, restaurants et boutiques ainsi que d'hôtels de charme, de complexes hôteliers et d'un bord de mer pittoresque auberges et chambres d'hôtes.

The place was perfect for our gathering. The house was well equipped and the outside area was great with the pool, hot tub and bar area. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room for all of us! Host was responsive and friendly. We will be back!

We enjoyed hanging out by the pool/hot tub area with the family. The grill and bar area was nice for mixing drinks and grilling our meals. There were 11 of us and all of the king sized beds were nice to have. There were many things to do within a 15 minute radius. It would be helpful to have a notebook of favorite restaurants, beaches, stores and points of interest for easy reference. The kids and some of the adults loved playing pool and the PAC Man game.

What a fantastic stay!

We had a phenomenal time at this property. The beds were all incredibly comfortable, the owner was very communicative, and the pool and game ares were both great places to hang out and have a lovely time. I would definitely stay here again if I take another trip to the area.

Beautiful backyard

A great place to stay for a big group. Plenty of comfortable beds and a big couch to watch TV. The best part is the beautiful backyard and pool. Owner is very responsive.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. We were three families and we were so comfortable. There was so much entrainment in the house for everyone. Pool was clean and big for all of us. We will plan our next family vacation stay in this house.

Plenty of room for two families with adult kids. Big TV’s inside and out for watching football. The house was only minutes from the beach and Publix. The owner was responsive.

Five star property!

My husband and I stayed here July 2024 with our four teens. It was absolutely amazing. The owner, Leonid, was extremely responsive and extremely accommodating. The backyard is an oasis. The inside of the house was immaculate, well laid out and spacious. The pool table was a huge bonus! We definitely will be back!

Girls trip

We stayed here in early February with 5 moms and their teen daughters. We had a fantastic time. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. We were conveniently located a short drive from the beach. The neighborhood felt clean and safe. The property owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Fun house

Amazing family vacation house, lots of shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, and of course beaches nearby. We had a few communication issues but really enjoyed our first family vaca in 20 years to be all together in a house with so much space and things to do. If we are ever back in that area we would for sure book again…even though it isn’t cheap at all…but nice to all be together

Great memories!

We had 8 in our group and we all enjoyed our extended weekend trip. We were in town for a concert event in Fort Lauderdale. Short ride from the airport and short rides back in forth from the event. Great pool area that worked out perfect to lounge in for a good part of the day before we ventured out. 5 min drive to the boardwalk in Hollywood with plenty of restaurants and bars. To hang out at. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood!

We LOVED the house! Definitely met our expectations. The house was very clean & in a great neighborhood. It was located near stores, restaurants & the beach! Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool where they hung out & after 9 pm, took over the pool table. My husband and I enjoyed playing pac-man every chance we got in between times. Overall, we definitely recommend for any family who is looking for a vacation home. Our family would most definitely stay at this location again!!

The outdoor area of this home was amazing and is where we spent most of the time. On the inside there was more wear and tear than expected, but when we had an issue the host responded immediately and rectified. In all a fun place to stay.

Amazing Pool and Easy Beach Access

Our family stayed at this property for 4 weeks. The pool and spa is the best we’ve ever experienced. The kids had lots of fun in the pool and the spa was nice and hot. The house was spacious with plenty of dining area inside and outside. The beach access was just 2 miles away with easy parking. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We had an amazing time!

Would not recommend. We left after 4 days and reported Health and Safety concerns to VRBO. Not a good neighborhood, sewage smell in neighborhood, pool was not clean, electrical problems in house, and bed bugs or fleas in one room—not sure what creates horrible bites on one of my family member’s legs. Owner was not responsive to address issue so we went to VRBO who handled it wonderfully.

I'm sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations, but these claims are not accurate. I responded promptly when contacted and found no evidence of the issues mentioned. The guests who checked out the same day left a 10/10 review and had no complaints. I take the quality and safety of my property seriously and am always available to assist guests with any legitimate concerns.

Perfect for a family trip

Wonderful location is very close to the beach. I loved the house, it was spacious and very clean. The best part of the house was the backyard. The pool was huge and the jacuzzi was perfectly hot. There was a beautiful bar, a big TV, and a refrigerator outside which was amazing. The backyard provided privacy as well. I came with my family and I would recommend this property to a big family. Leonid was easy to reach which was very helpful. When I'm back in South Florida, I will totally get this house again!

Excellent house!

Rented this house for a week in Florida with our 3 kids and 4 grandkids. Ages ranged from 1 to 63. Communication with host was fast and he answered all our questions. House was clean, had everything we needed, outside area was awesome. Great size pool and patio. Neighborhood was safe and centrally located. We walked to several stores and beach was a short drive. Also had family photos taken on the beach by a woman recommended by host. Vacation was greatly enjoyed by all 12 of us. This house was an excellent choice!

Overall great stay that met our family’s needs. Pros: host was very responsive and incredibly fast to reply any time I contacted him, during the stay he replied quick and turned up the heat when requested during Florida cold snap. He stopped by to fill pool once, and pool service came too. We enjoyed the hot tub which was a good temp for Florida despite the cold snap/ wasn’t too cold or too hot. Pool was great, but kids in the group got knees, toes scraped up from the rough texture and bricks so watch out for the walls if you have little ones or those who bleed/ bruise easily. House is much larger and good use of space compared to what it looks like from outside. House is convenient to get to Sheridan Dr and to the beach at both north Hollywood and also south Hollywood beach, and very close to Wawa, Walmart, Publix which was great.Cons: cups in kitchen were all cracked and leaking on bottom so we replaced them, could have used more plates and bowls. Front bedroom with the trundle bed & bedroom with the en-suite both were chilliest, and ac units individually also in these rooms so suspect the are warmest in summer too. Of note, compared to the pics in the listing, no blackstone on bar area, no basketball hoop, and no putting green. The video games are in main living area, and game table was super loud and didn’t have volume adjustment. Driveway does fit 4 cars but is tight. Walkway bt front rooms and kitchen is tight w stools there. Overall great stay would give 4.5 stars.

Awesome place!

This was perfect for our group of friends & family in town for dolphins game!! Property was clean, could use some touch up painting! Outdoor area was to die for, mostly why we booked! Owner was so accommodating with allowing us to check in an hour early & check out an hour late! Loved that the pool had inflatables for us. Loved the outdoor fridge! Had an issue with cable/WiFi while we were there & it was taken care of immediately. Plenty of pool towels but could use a few more bath towels/wash clothes. Every time I had a question, owner was super quick to respond! Very very nice guy & an awesome property. Hoping to come back again soon!
