Face à l'océan, propre appartement

En été (du 1er juin au 30 août), nous ne louons que du vendredi au vendredi avec une semaine minimum. Dans Newport Beach en Californie avec vue sur l'océan plein. Cet établissement est un établissement non-fumeur avec un patio avant est situé sur la promenade à cÎté de la sable. Quatre blocs de l'est au sud de Newport Pier. Internet sans fil gratuit. Appartement a pleine grandeur, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, chambre principale a un lit queen, deuxiÚme chambre a 1 lit double 1 ci-dessous et ci-dessus (lits superposés), avec un futon en taille réelle dans le salon. 2 télévisions et DVD. Livré avec son propre parking et accÚs laveuse / sécheuse. Situé à seulement 30 minutes de Disneyland et 15 minutes de grands centres commerciaux. Excellent emplacement pour voir tout de Californie du Sud!

This is our second time staying at this property, and we brought a large group and rented two of the units available. WOW. We had such a great time. Steps from the sand, hear the waves crash, and you’re mere blocks away from everything. We will absolutely be coming back.

Property is in need of painting, cleaning of the outdoor patio, and some updates to the interior including bathroom. Communications with the property manager were excellent as he addressed some issues we had. Very responsive and professional.Can not beat the location, location location for beach and ocean view.

Would stay again, not luxurious and fancy, but it did the job and it was a great place to stay very affordable and is located in a good location overall would recommend. However, the only problem I had was coming in from the beach there isn’t a hose or anything to wash off so it got a little sandy sometimes, parking was nice never had to worry about finding a spot, however if you have a big vehicle it gets a little hard to get out of your car.

If this place is available, stop looking.

I stayed here for 5 nights and I loved every minute. Your view is nothing but sand and see with Catalina in the background. It is a 5 minute walk to the pier and all of the wonderful restaurants and bars in that area. It's about a 4 minute drive to the Balboa Fun Zone. Everything is so convenient. The property is absolutely immaculate and you even have your own covered parking spot, which I can't express the value of enough, especially during busy times. Don't hesitate if you can get this place.

Great location

Great location, excellent property, new furniture and had everything we needed. Some TLC is in order. The window blinds in bad condition and needs replacing and the bathtub is worn. I would rent again and recommend this property to my friends.

What more could you ask for. Its on the beach and just a 5 minute walk to the pier and all the shops/restaurants. Comes with a parking spot as well.

We have stayed on this property in various units. It’s the best location! We had a small issue but contacted the owner and he was so quick to respond and was very pleasant to deal with. We can’t wait to be back!

We had an issue due to weather that we had no way to plan/avoid. The property management company helped us out A TON! I work for a vacation rental company and I would HIGHLY recommend staying with them!

A wonderful vacation

This unit looks just like it was shown in the photos. The description of the property is spot on. It's a great location to relax and have fun at the beach. Julio was easy to get a hold of with questions or minor hiccups. My family had a wonderful time and when we visit Newport Beach again, we will be contacting Julio.

First time VRBO rental

Great location, clean property. Having a parking place was great. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Easy walk to restaurants and pier. The only thing that I would change if it were my choice, I would have better window coverings, it was really hard to get all the blinds going in the same direction. But that being said, it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.
