Il est situĂ© dans la 12Ăšme rue, Ă  distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, magasins et bars. La zone est d'env. sept miles au sud du centre-ville historique. À l’étage, hĂ©bergez la suite principale avec lit king-size, la premiĂšre chambre a un lit queen-size et la deuxiĂšme personne un lit complet. IdĂ©al pour six adultes ou familles avec enfants. Quick Spring Weekend at St. Aug Bch

Plenty of space, could easily accommodate for more people than advertised, but only set for 6. Well maintained and clean property. 100 yards and you’re on the beach. Another 150 yards and you’re still on the beach, but closer to the water. Convenient access to the beach and going back and forth if required. Restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

Dog friendly, great location to beach and varuous restaurants. The beds were very comfy and place was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. We definitely would come back!

Great location

Great place to stay! A few houses down from the beach was great. No busy road to cross! The house is spacious and the bedrooms are a nice size. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance and the pier is close by. Would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect weekend getaway

We were only able to get away from life for a weekend to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Location was perfect, the house overall was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you! We will be back!

Awesome stay

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Its within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Very clean and spacious place. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Mostly positive experience

I would have rated our stay as a 5, except we had some challenges upon arrival. The cleaners hadn’t come after the previous guests. Our option was to leave so a cleaning crew could come, which we declined because we have a dog and had already brought all our stuff inside. So we cleaned it ourselves and did three loads of laundry, with bedding, towels, etc. The owner refunded the cleaning fee. Additionally, the beach access was often blocked because of erosion-prevention measures
it would have been helpful if we knew this when booking or arriving. The place itself is very nice and comfortable and I’d recommend it if it’s been cleaned and there isn’t intermittent beach access.

Great Location - Super Cute!

This was perfect for us. We were right by the beach and could walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Easy drive to historic downtown. The house is very well kept and was very comfortable to stay in. Patty was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great place and location

Beautiful place newly renovated. Clean and almost on the beach. I recommend 100%. AC had some problems keeping up with the heat outside but beside that everything was fine.

Cute house, great location

Nice well appointed house very close to the beach and restaurants. This place was perfect for our trip- it was comfortable and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was very well supplied as well with everything you would need to cook! Definitely recommend this place.

Great Location!

My family rented this wonderful home for an extended weekend to visit my sister who is going to school in the area. It was a perfect location and had all amenities that we needed, and then some. We will be re-booking in the future!

We asked about early check in , which was great, but I don’t know if it rushed the cleanup from previous,as some things needed more attention, we ran through clean up before we left swept,mopped an did all but 1load of linens which were washed only needing dried, overall it was pleasant little pricey on adding our additional pets ,but they are 5lbs. Pets ( family members in our eyes) I would definitely consider it again if we decide to vacation that way again

Great little spot just steps away from the beach!

We were very impressed with this property & will likely book again! It's a tri-plex, but there was so much space that you'd never guess that from the inside. We were within walking distance of the beach, all the best spots to eat, & a couple shopping spots. Patty was a pleasure from the beginning. I was able to speak with her on the phone personally when booking & communication was wonderful throughout. Highly recommend this property.

Sea Beach House

We had a great stay for our first trip to St Augustine! We will definitely be back. Accommodations/amenities were very nice and we loved being so close to the beach, ice cream, donuts, and other restaurants. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the air conditioner doesn’t seem to keep the temperature inside cool enough. It was pretty uncomfortable at night time especially. Setting was on 72 degrees and most of the time temperature inside was 75-76, which was a little too warm for our liking. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Terrific Spot For St Augustine Beach Vacation

Excellent property located a few houses from the beach. Several walking distance dining options. Very clean and nice house. Lots of ammenities on site like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
