Un niveau trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains, pouvant accueillir 8-10 confortablement, et un parking privé pour deux voitures. Très spacieuse maison unifamiliale de plain-pied, canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le salon et le porche fermé (pas de climatisation sur le porche), et une cour magnifiquement aménagée. SEULEMENT 4 pâtés de maisons de la plage, grande cour fermée et stationnement supplémentaire dans le garage. Une connexion Wi-Fi, AC / chauffage central, laveuse et sécheuse et une cheminée à la disposition de nos clients. Il suffit de se garer et d'aller partout à pied.

Great Stay

Great to have a neighborhood setting in a vacation atmosphere. Close enough to walk but far enough away to unwind and enjoy family.

This house is even better than it looks in the photos! Very spacious, clean, and lots of storage space, including the garage. The furniture is comfortable and there are plenty of different areas to socialize, watch TV, or play games. We spent a lot of time in the sunny (but air conditioned) porch. Great place for a week in Rehoboth Beach!

This house is super nice. It was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was also well stocked with appliances and paper products. The outdoor area was nice and semi-private and somehow not overrun by insects!The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but the walk to the beach is just a little bit longer than ideal (maybe 15 to 20 minutes).Generally speaking, the house is awesome and the price can't be beat.

Location and home are excellent, easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. and the boardwalk/beach if you are used to an active lifestyle. The house is perfect for vacationing, plenty of room for all.

Family Time

We had a great vacation. The property was spacious and clean, perfect for six people. It was a short walk to the restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. It was even better since we brought our family dog!

Perfect week at the beach!

The house was perfect for our beach vacation. It’s bigger than it looks online! Comfortable spaces to relax, great kitchen for cooking and close enough to the beach and town. We walked everywhere!

Excellent post-season visit

The home was perfect for 5 friends enjoying a post- season week at the beach. The location was perfect for walking to town or the beach. Parking was too easy! The nicely updated house was well stocked, spotless clean with plenty of comfortable spaces to socialize or sleep. We're grateful for the opportunity to gather in such a nice location.

Location location

The property was in the perfect location, close to everything, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, state park. The house has everything you needed. We had a lovely week with the family including our dogs! The only thing that would have made a difference is if there was a fully fenced yard!

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay at 300 Munson! The walk to the beach/boardwalk was much quicker/easier than we anticipated, which was a plus! The house was clean and very spacious and we appreciated being able to have our dog join us! The only drawback is the lack of a usable driveway, as any size car parked in the driveway will block the sidewalk. The use of the garage was great but very tight for larger vehicles. There was one parking tag in the house for street parking, which was helpful. All in all, we considered this house a great find and hope to return next year!

Perfect Location

God value

Home is very convenient to Rehoboth Ave and the beach. Neighborhood is quiet but close to the action. Home is spacious and has everything you need. It’s clean and somewhat renovated. Not the newest on the block but still pleasant to stay at. We took advantage of the linen service and were very pleased.

Spacious

Nice, clean house with plenty of room. The kitchen is very well stocked with any cooking utensil and appliance you will need for your stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses etc for a houseful of guests. Lots of storage areas in the house, great sunroom, plenty of seating in dining area as well as living room. Well suited for a large family or group of friends to enjoy your time at the beach. Nice location, quiet neighborhood, close enough to walk or a short drive to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops.
