In the event of a lost key fob, a replacement fee of $50.00 will apply.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The Pool table can be converted to a dining table with a table top if needed (Converting the table either way is a Guest Responsibility) Please convert the pool table back to a dining table after use.
