Big Texas vivant bien fait! Luxueuse maison de 4 chambres avec vue imprenable sur le lac et accĂšs, quartier calme, accĂšs facile aux autoroutes. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Walmart est Ă  1 mile pour tous vos besoins quotidiens. Il y a un lit king-size dans la chambre principale au 1er Ă©tage. Il y a 3 lits queen dans les 3 chambres au 2Ăšme Ă©tage. Il y a 2 matelas de sol de taille double, 1 matelas de sol queen et 1 matelas d'air queen disponible dans la maison.

A beautiful house. Loved how big it was and its location, close to family. I loved how it’s on the water and we were able to fish! Could be cleaner. Could not use the dish washer because it’s rusty inside. Hard time getting check in code, so make sure you have that before getting there!

Stay was mostly good. We were disappointed that couch recliners did not recline. We are a crew of older guys who played 2 rounds of golf each day who really needed a recliner at the end of the day. Everything else was good.

Property is not Clean

The house was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty, dust was everywhere, and the house had an old stitch smell to it. One of the bathrooms were not clean and could not be used. The ceiling tile was coming down and the tub was not cleaned. To be honest, this property should not have been rented out to anyone until properly deep cleaned.

Nice Scenery

The location was amazing. Loved the views of the lake. Its was clean but could have been a little cleaner (deep clean). There were a couple spots and things over looked. Other wise a lovely place for family and a nice environment to spend time with each other.

Great stay and wonderful house

This was a wonderful stay for me and my family . I needed this stay I just lost my son and I needed a place to have a small gathering for my son after his service and they allowed me to rent their beautiful home. It was very relaxing sitting outside on the water and enjoying the scenery and the peace.

Wonderful facility

We had a wonderful stay and it more than exceeded our needs and expectations. Plenty of room for the grandkids to play, an amazing large kitchen with tons of amenities, fabulous neighborhood, and terrific hosts.

Winter gathering

Hello, My friends and I enjoyed our stay at your rental. There are a few things that need to be repaired or replaced. The TV in the main living room would not turn on regardless of which of the remote in the house were used. The other TVs worked fine. The Dishwasher is in very bad shape and should be replaced. The dishwasher is working but the racks are very dilapidated/broken. Good chance we’ll be back this summer, Bob

Needs Attention

Upon arriving at the home, we found debris (q-tip, wet paper, dryer sheet) at front door and in the flower bed. The floors weren’t clean, especially the area rugs, and in the master bedroom (clumps of dust, pieces of plastic from retail price tags, dirty rug). We had to keep our shoes on ALL the time. The microwave wasn’t working until we unplugged it and plugged it back in. The top rack of the dishwasher was corroded and didn’t pull out easily. It really needs to be replaced. Some of the soap containers were empty, and others almost empty. Fortunately we found a large container tucked away in a closet in the master bathroom that we used to fill up the dispensers in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was no dish soap or dish towels in the kitchen. There were only 5 coffee cups in the entire kitchen! One was cracked on the inside and outside, one was on a high shelf by itself and filthy. It looked like someone shoved it up there so they didn’t have to wash it. Bathrooms only had 1 washcloth in each and were short on towels. We eventually found some clean ones in the dryer. The water temperature in the showers upstairs was warm at best. One of the towel racks in an upstairs bathroom was barely attached and not stable for hanging a towel on. The sofas and love seat in the den were old, covered in slipcovers and well past the point of needing replacing. Several lamps had burnt out light bulbs, and the only lamp in the den didn’t have a functioning switch. Very disappointed.

We were there to attend a family wedding. It was a great place to stay. Jack was responsive to couple of needs. Overall, we were pleased with the service.

Comfortable and roomy

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this particular house. There was ample room for everyone. The house was well appointed and comfortable, the host responsive. We enjoyed the view of the lake outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Getaway

The home was clean. Had a few issues but Jack got it handled. I wish the home had televisions in all the bed rooms. It would have been great instead of having to go to the living room. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a very nice lake in the back.
