This place was exactly as described. We came to the Houston area for the 4th of July holiday weekend. The location was perfect, and the place was spacious. I would definitely recommend. The host was very attentive to our needs.

What a great experience. The home was clean, safe neighborhood, nice neighbors, easy rules. My favorite amenity however was our host- Anthony was super responsive and made the stay enjoyable.

Even though we didn't get the unit that we were assigned (there was some maintenance issues) we ended up getting something close to it. It was nice.

The home was beautiful and nice looks exactly like the pictures. Had trouble with the air not working upstairs other than that host was good and was responding to messages. Enjoyed the gameroom the most with all the games that was in there ! Will most definitely book again !

It appears the thermostat was set to heat when you checked out, which may have caused some confusion. “Bright & Clean” It was the prefect place for us to lay our heads while in town visiting family. Quiet neighborhood in a gated community with the garage was a bonus. Hangers in the closets would have been a nice touch, so bring a few if you feel you would need them. TV in the living room was very nice and the game room upstairs was a fun addition. We ate out most of the time didn’t really use a lot of the kitchen, but it would be a great layout for families to enjoy.

Mr. Anthony made himself available at all times and made the check in process easy. The house was clean and spotless. I would definitely book with him again. There were 3 games to play in the game room. Pool is what I played and I won! Book with Mr. Anthony. He was awesome!

The host didnt provide me the check in details until i had to reach out to him. Which was on the day of my rental agreement. The place is family friendly, roomy, nice and clean. But there were things broken in the house, such as the fridge middle door, ants in the kitchen counter and etc... i asked him twice about the issues of the home, he replied that he'll have someone there to check tomorrow but no one came, so be aware and take pics b4 you stay! The listing states that the house has the toiletries and necessities for each bathroom but it was the bare to the minimum. We have a family of 8. So each person had 1 big towel, 3 rolls of tp to spend for a week, 2 bathrooms has shampoo while mine had hair conditioner. So we didn't had body wash, hand soap, blow dryer, wash cloths, hand towels and dish scrub. So we had to take the time to get them. We did contact the host, he did provide us with 3 tp, 1 blow dryer, 2 paper towels and 1 scrub. Claiming he can't provide the other supplies because his cleaner lost the inventory key. Which I don't understand why it has anything to do with us. The host doesn't respond at a timely manner. It's usually 1 day or 2 days. To top it off, he wanted to show the house to a potential buyer during our rental agreement. I told him no because we still have our belongings there. But yet a realtor did show up announced and scared my poor mom. He never apologize for it either.

As you can see all our reviews are mostly all 5 stars, she is liar, Based on our documentation, several allegations made by the guest were false or misleading. I would not recommend hosting this guest or anyone traveling with her. Throughout the stay, she repeatedly complained about minor issues and appeared to be seeking a refund after completing her reservation. Despite our efforts to address every concern promptly, she was never satisfied. This was one of the most challenging guest experiences we have had. The property was left with damages after the stay, and there was clear misuse of the property by members of her group. We invested significant time and resources into preparing the home and providing a comfortable experience, but our efforts were not appreciated. I would encourage other hosts to carefully review this guest's profile and previous reviews before accepting a booking. Based on what is publicly available on her profile and our own experience, there appears to be a consistent pattern of complaints. I strongly recommend that hosts read her reviews carefully and make an informed decision before renting to her. Based on our experience, I would not host this guest again.
