As always, we enjoyed our stay at Boulder Pass. Already reserved for next year. Cyndieâs cabins are always clean and welcoming. She is an awesome host!
Very pretty cabin with a super cozy bed. Sadly the hot tub didn't work and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. She did respond promptly about the issue though!
Lovely home, easy to get to and felt very private. It was extremely clean and well appointed - even had the damper open on the fireplace and provided all the firewood I would need during my stay! The bed was comfortable, and the hot tub hit the spot on those really cold days. The shower temperature is amazing as I like a really warm shower before bed. The hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating.Things to note for the next traveler:- You will need to get into the hot tub once filled to turn on the jets and set your temperature.- The large windows near the ceiling in the bedroom are beautiful, but at night, the neighbor's motion light comes on a few times and will shine into the room. - The driveway you past first where you will need to park to get the key is steep, but there are stairs you can take. If you have to unload a lot, I suggest getting just the key, going in and unlocking the back door where the firewood is to carry in your stuff.I would recommend staying here instead to anyone who is considering Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. I plan on booking again next year.
We enjoyed the house very much, and the location was off the grid somewhat(which we like). We saw deer many times while at the house. We were hoping to see a bear at the house. We will definitely stay at the house again. Thanks,Bret and Melanie
Beautiful house in an awesome location. Everything was better than advertised and all necessary instructions were clearly presented. Would definitely recommend and stay again
We really enjoyed this cabin. Lots of space for only two people. The sunroom was beautiful in the day time. I would say the only drawback was that since there weren't blinds/curtains in the sunroom, it wasn't completely private. But still really glad we rented this cabin.
The cabin is in an area with several others, but we felt like we were just in the woods. Really enjoyed the screened porch for relaxing, reading and playing cards...again felt like we the only ones around. The inside is spacious and beautifully furnished. It was too warm for a wood fire, but I'm sure it would have made the room really cozy! We also enjoyed the indoor hot tube, and used it every day. While we were there, the host had to replace a piece of broken furniture. She asked for our approval first, and we had a very nice chat while that was being done. Cyndie is wonderful and gracious.
We had an amazing experience at Boulder Pass! The area was so serene and quiet! The house was beyond comfortable and just added to the peaceful experience. We will be back!
This was our second stay at this cabin. We love that itâs pet-friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooked in several nights. The kitchen has everything you might need
Absolute relaxation! Boulder Pass by far exceeded our expectations. Peace and quiet, and wildlife. The perfect combination. Wonderful decor, very inviting. Clean!! Did not disappoint!!!
Unit is very good and well equipped.Concerns: - couch cushions sag - 2 right side grill burners do not light - 2 left burners are flaring and tend to Burn meat on the grill.
The cabin was nice and comfortable. It was easy to get to and close to everything in Townsend. We gave this cabin a 4 only because we weren't able to get the hottub to a warm enough temp that we liked, after we filled it up. Also we couldn't put anything on the kitchen counter due to the ants getting all over anything we left out. Other that it was a great place to stay.
This place is a true gem. It is clean and well stocked. Comfy and cozy. We enjoyed our coffee in the sun room each morning. We love that it's so close to the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is great if you desire to cook.
It is a joy to offer this beautiful home for guests to enjoy when they visit the Great Smoky Mountains. I fell in love with the Smokies on a fly fishing trip here and my heart was captured. I have retired from a career in Real Estate and I am now a full time potter and a part time photographer. My love for nature can be shared with others by hosting their visit to this beautiful area and furnish them with a beautiful accommodation that will help them fall in love with the Great Smoky Mountains and all it has to offer.
This community is a true Mountain Community nestled in the shadow of Rich Mountain. It is private and quiet. The cabins are located in a woodsy area surrounded by wildlife that enriches the location and experience of visitors.
This property is loved! It is clean and spacious and has plenty of room to spread out for longer stays. The location and the view from the huge all seasons room into the woodsy surroundings gives a peaceful feel for getting away from it all. Often visited by the abundant wildlife it offers a unique experience.
