We had a great stay and would definitely book again. The cabin is beautiful! Everything was clean. Had everything we could’ve needed and more! The road to the cabin was steep and rutted which was tough to manage on motorcycles. But we made do.

Wonderful 4 nights stay. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch. Kept watch for bears but were disappointed. Too warm for fireplace use Loved the wooded seclusion and quietness. Hosts most responsive when we missed a turn and got lost arriving. Guided us in and helped us elderly gals by carrying our stuff up a gravel walk to the cabin. It was a great place for a girls get together!

It was the perfect cabin in the forest but close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. Some of the terrain driving a short distance was a bit rough. Glad I had my Subaru.

Everything was great..my husband is handicap. And had a really hard time..getting to the front porch steps..This cabin i would recommend for young people. Needs a paved walk way with hand rails up to the front steps. Maybe I should of asked questions before booking . It wasn't anyones fault all was nice and we loved it. But would book another cabin with vrbo on flat ground. Thanks.

This cabin was wonderful, clean, plenty of room, in a more secluded area, and not way up a mountain! We love Townsend and will hopefully stay at this cabin again! Great little restaurants near the cabin, and it’s not far from Cades Cove. The cabin has a full nice kitchen if you want to stay in and cook, and also a small grill on the back porch! The owners were so nice and very responsive!

The cabin is nice overall, but it could definitely use a little TLC and some updates. The location is a big plus—it’s very convenient to town and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which was one of the main reasons we chose it.The biggest challenge we encountered was the gravel road leading to the cabin. With the large amount of rain the area has received, the road was pretty rough and made getting in and out a little difficult.Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, especially considering the reasonable price and convenient location. With a few updates and some maintenance, it could be an even better experience.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the cabin and our prompt attention to any issues our renters may have. Of course when you're in the mountains there's going to be some hilly terrain. And in the summer we get some pretty big storms that affect driveways. We're glad you agreed that the location is a big plus!!

The property was exactly as advertised with great directions into it. First walking into the cabin all the kids at the same time were in awe of how nice it was, and reminded them of a cottage we had growing up. Gave everyone a homey cozy feeling right away. The house was really clean and had everything we could think of that we might have needed. Would def book again and shared it with friends to tell them they need to visit.

We've stayed at this cabin so many times it feels like home. We haven't had many reasons to contact the owners, but when it has been necessary, they respond quickly and have gone above and beyond to make sure our accommodations meet our needs. The cabin is close to all our favorite hiking places and away from the crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It's off the beaten path but still only minutes from the main highway (321) where you can get food, gas or any other staple items you may need during your stay. Great cabin in a great location with great hosts. What more do you need? The nature photos were taken on the road to the cabin.
