Avec vue sur l'océan et Brickell Key, ce condo d'une chambre (qui comprend un canapé-lit queen dans le salon) est exceptionnellement bien équipé, y compris sa cuisine et son dressing, ses meubles et compléments raffinés, sa vaisselle design, draps et serviettes de haute qualité, deux grands téléviseurs, -un Smart- (regarder plus de 200 chaßnes, y compris HBO et Showtime ainsi que Netflix, Prime, Hulu ...), Wi-Fi vraiment rapide et gratuit (50 Mo), pleine taille laveuse / sécheuse, armoires italiennes, appareils haut de gamme de Wolf & Subzero et Bosch, ainsi que des comptoirs en granit noir massif. Le design et la propreté sont de la plus haute importance pour nous. Il a été entiÚrement réaménagé à l'été 2018.

False Advertising

Property was disgusting - barely cleaned prior to last guest. Found dirty q-tip in closet and pubic hair in the toilet. We asked host to clean room again upon check-in, and even after that the room still felt dirty. The white couch was basically black. The listing says 2 bedroom which is false, and pictures are of the unit maybe from 10 years ago. Upon check-in host makes you sign new contract that is inconsistent with what is advertised in the VRBO listing. Host tries to scam you with bunch of cash ad ons upon check-in. For example they want 35 per day for parking which they claim is on-site and has in/out privileges. We found out this is false. Beware of this very dishonest company.

Beautiful location and one of the best views you can ask for!

My stay was amazing. The check in process was easy and the host went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. I highly recommend this place for friends and family.

Birthday/ Anniversary trip

The Host was super quick and attentive to answer all of our questions before and after making our reservations! The condo was beautiful and provided everything you could have needed. Amazing views and great location. Parking was a little chaotic but we quickly learned that was everywhere in the city! Overall we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this rental!

Great Stay

This property was amazing. I am very big on customer service, and when I tell you the host answer every question I had from the time I sent the reservation until the time I checked in checking in was very very helpful. The agent went over everything with me to make sure that I understand completely, and she made it very easy for me and my son, the property was very beautiful. It was peaceful and had such an amazing view. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Wonderful Property

We were only in for a day & a half, our family was set to leave out on a cruise & wanted to experience a beautiful location with views. This residence worked out just fine. I was real appreciative that the host offers late check in ($40 cash fee due at check in) Unfortunately our flight arrived after 1am. There were two things I would like to comment on, that the living room sofa is not an actual sofa bed as expected & it’s peeling. Also parking is a challenge but that’s to be expected, I would definitely recommend getting the parking pass $35 a night. If you like to come & go & with no worries about the valet fees stacking up. The garage is about 10 min Walk I just had my husband drop myself & kids off & he’d have to park & walk back. Other than this the property worked out for us. Would definitely reserve again.

Great pool, but not sure it was worth the hassles

Overall, we enjoyed the pool and the views from the balcony, but a few things were off-putting: -the space is not "well-equipped" as the listing describes. It has very basic kitchen items and did not have additional pillows for the sofa bed. You needed to remove pillows from the main bedroom, which is not ideal. If you were planning on cooking, it would be very difficult due to very little cookware/utensils/etc. and no spices or basics like salt, pepper and olive oil. -Check-in process was a hassle. If you check in after 9pm, you pay a $40 fee and they sent a man to meet us and check us in. He was not in the lobby when we arrived, despite sending several texts telling us he was on the way and would be there when we arrived. He checked my ID, but did not take my remaining payment. My remaining balance had to be paid in person, which I have never had to do for a rental property. The man who checked us in spent 2 minutes with us to bring us to the front desk, have them take my photo and show us where the elevators were. He described where the keys were in the unit, but didn't take us to the unit or even tell us the unit number. He simply referred us to the text sent by the property manager. I'm not sure why we paid $40 for this late check-in, since you access the unit with a key code and send a photo of the keys to them to confirm receipt of the building fobs for accessing amenities. -Getting amenities cards was a hassle. The amenities are GREAT (the pool was very fun and the giant hot tub was even better) but you need to get a photo ID to access them. When we showed up the next morning to get our cards, we were told that my 2 friends could not get a card and we would need to get their photos taken since their photos were not on file and the person who takes photo was not currently at the desk. This was frustrating because their photos should have been taken the night before, when my photo was taken. We left and came back, and the amenities photo card person was still not there. -Paying the balance was a hassle. As mentioned, the credit card balance had to be paid in person. It was not paid at check-in (for reasons I still do not understand) with the person who was paid to do our check-in. Instead, we took more time to meet up with the property manager to make the payment. We agreed on a time, but ended up waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. -Poor linen quality, definitely not luxury. -No luggage storage.

Amazing!!!

I highly recommend this property. The place is very comfortable, clean and the views are amazing!!!. The reservation process, check in and check out where fast and easy. The property manager Silvia was very professional, helpful and very attentive. I will definitely stay again at this property in the future.

Renovated and lavish apartment in Brickell

The stay was enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the apartment was recently renovated. The amenities in the Icon Brickell / W building are amazing - gym, pool, spa, etc. The apartment is also in a great location; the heart of Brickell is within walking distance. Our main feedback is is that guests should not have to pay an extra $ fee to check in late. There should be an easier way to access an apartment than paying a property manager to wait for you in the lobby late at night (especially when you only need a code to unlock the apartment door). Would recommend the apartment to anyone trying to stay in Miami!

I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
