The apartment was perfect for our girls trip. It was very clean and spacious. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus too. Johann was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to our trip. I would highly recommend staying here while in Paris.

This rooftop apartment was the perfect spot for our group of six ladies celebrating a special birthday. The apartment is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Our host Yohann was very responsive and helpful. The gem really is the rooftop terrace with comfortable furniture and a beautiful view of Paris including the Arc de Triumph and the top of the Eiffel Tower. The location is excellent with restaurants and a wonderful bakery just a few steps away as well as a grocery market. The train station is just a couple of blocks away. I hope to return one day and will definitely book this apartment again.

Beautiful property that could easily accommodate 3 couples. Large kitchen with eating bar. Large west facing patio with view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Mikael and Yohann were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Easy access to metro. Nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The apartment was wonderful. We loved the terrace and views of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. Thank goodness for the air conditioning as one day hit 103. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook french cuisine a few days. Three bedroom and two baths worked well for six adults. We were even lucky enough to view the end of the Tour de France as the cyclists rounded the circle around the Arc de Triumph.

A very comfortable apartment in a vibrant part of Paris. The large 8th floor balcony gave a spectacular view of the iconic rooftops of Paris, and glimpses of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Yohann was a great host and always responded promptly to questions.

Host was extremely communicative during booking stage and even available during the stay. They arranged a point of contact to greet us upon arrival. He took the time to walk through the property, showed us how everything works, gave suggestions for food and entertainment for our stay. The property was supplied with everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, everything clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect walk distance to anything needed.

Welcome air conditioned apartment

Comfortable, clean, spacious and wonderfully air conditioned as temperatures were in the 90’s during our ten day stay. Yohan was very responsive to questions before our arrival with good suggestions for local restaurants and travel recommendations.

Wonderful apartment

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. It was walkable to so many of the sights and an easy walk to the Metro. It was furnished very well and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The hosts had great communication. I would absolutely stay here again.

A Gem in Paris.

We loved this apartment. We also stayed at another hotel during our stay and this place is huge in comparison, even by American standard. Location is great. We walked to the metro. This place is clean and comfortable. The terrace is a gem. The bakeries, groceries, cafes, restaurants are within a block.

Great Location!

Communicative hosts, secure building and AC was an absolute plus in the heat wave we experienced! Very clean and comfortable. We did not anticipate the deck being so large and great views of the tip of the Eiffel Tower twinkling at night!

Our week in Paris was wonderful. Our apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. The location was perfect with metro stations near by, an outside food market a few blocks away, grocery stores on our street and cheese and pastries shops all around us.When we arrived at apartment Mickael was there to meet us. He was helpful in explaining the necessary information about our stay. He was very knowledgeable about Paris and was easy to listen to. We also had open text communications with Yohann Gendry which worked out well.We do recommend this apartment because of its location, cleanliness and roof top terrace for a family of 7. Also it was very private we were on the top floor of building and the only apartment located there.

Great Stay in the 17th

We loved Yohann's property, his attention to details there and his responsiveness. The property is, as advertised, located close to the Arc de Triomphe, which is an area we had never stayed in. It is quiet while also being very accessible to areas of interest via the metro or cab. The property itself is roomy, clean and has a lovely balcony. We were very happy with our stay.

Loved it! So convenient!

What a perfect property for a Paris stay! The metro is very close, a bakery is next door, a mid-size grocery is a short walk, and the terrace is amazing!! We did our morning coffee out there and watched the very top of the Eiffel Tower do it’s nighttime sparkle thing before bed. The washer & dryer were the best of our 5 stop European vacation. I also really liked that the bedrooms are all a good size with ample light. I highly recommend this stylish, comfortable property!
