This was our third time enjoying this wonderful apartment. The terrace is the place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the Marais roof tops. The apartment is ideally located to make walking to shops, restaurants and markets simple and easy. Thank you, Barbara. You are an excellent host.

Our party of two couples, both celebrating our 30th anniversaries, couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Paris. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well laid out and very secure. Having a kitchen came in handy and the lovely terrace was a very unique added bonus. The overall location was excellent with two nearby metro stations and within short walking distances to several restaurants, shops and the Picasso museum. We were able to roam the city by day and return in the evenings to wind down as if in our own home. Our host had a welcome binder ready for us with helpful tips and information about the apartment and surrounding area. Five well deserved stars indeed!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Le Marais. The location was perfect for exploring Paris, and the apartment itself was charming, comfortable, very well equipped, and very quiet.Our host went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and to ensure everything was smooth and easy for us. We arrived much earlier than expected, and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which we really appreciated after our journey.We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it!

The host was very welcoming and went over the property with us in detail.The property was very clean and well taken care of. It is close to a grocery store, bakeries and different restaurants as well as a 5 minute walk to the metro.It also had a terrace which was lovely. Place des Vosage was a 3 minute walk and le marais is a wonderful neighborhood to walk in and close by to major Paris sites. We enjoyed staying at this property and would recommend it to others

The property was excellent - clean, easy location accessible to shops, restaurants and transportation. Wifi worked great, and the host/owner is very accommodating - as our train was a bit late arriving. 2 baths - just oddly split. Thankfully we did not need the A/C - as the protected status of the building meant there was a stand alone A/C was only in the living room.

Great stay! Barbara is an excellent host and the apartment was perfect for two couples, with plenty of room. When we had questions about how to use the washer and lower the heat in the bedrooms, she was quick to respond both times. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice, with good showers. As other reviewers have noted, there are lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store literally steps away from the apartment. It's also close to two Metro stops. We would absolutely stay again!

Staying here is just like having one’s own vacation home in Paris. We love this property, the neighborhood, Barbara, the host/owner. It’s quiet, yet so close to every activity including sightseeing and dining that one can think of in Paris.

Elevator quite working; rather dark with many little lamps but these are trivial things - overall fine place to stay and Barbara very nice to deal with

This delightfully charming apartment is curated with lovely art and antiques that make it unique and a welcome home away from home. The location could not be better for visiting all the sites and museums. We walked many places and got our daily baguettes from the neighborhood market 2 doors away. The garden patio was full of large potted plants, many in bloom. Barbara was so welcoming, spending time to orient us and providing maps and information about the sites and transportation. We had planned such an intense itinerary early on we intentionally slowed it down to spend a little more time relaxing at the apartment. Our week went much too fast. We are eager to return!

Authentic Parisian neighborhood

One cannot ask for anything more when staying at Barbara’s property in the Marais. The place was clean and had everything one needs. It is in a very quiet location and yet near many restaurants and sights.

April in Paris

What a charming apartment! We loved the sunny garden and the art deco style. The location is perfect for restaurants, groceries and shopping. We walked to Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Botabus and more. A lovely apartment in a great location.
