Villa Blanca est un complexe d'appartements de location de vacances, magnifiquement restauré, six unités dans un jardin sûr et tranquille, comme la mise étapes à la plage et la promenade. Tous nos appartements portent le nom de plages mondialement connues. Notre appartement Malibu est lumineux et ensoleillé avec vue sur le jardin. Vous pouvez entendre les vagues et sentir le ressac! Cet appartement spacieux au premier étage est charmant avec un décor de plage rouge / gris / noir. La grande cuisine de cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer un repas gastronomique ou simplement préparer un pique-nique pour la plage. Les terrains du bâtiment comprennent un espace barbecue, une douche extérieure, des jouets de plage, des planches de bodyboard et des supports à vélo. Ce quartier familial haut de gamme est à une minute à pied de chaque restaurant de cuisine que vous pourriez imaginer, ainsi que des magasins, des épiceries, des bars et toutes les activités de promenade. L'accès à l'autoroute est proche et il y a un arrêt de bus local à l'angle de Misson Blvd.

We have stayed always upstairs but this time we tried downstairs and it worked out perfect. Love these apartments. So close to the beach and shops. Very clean with beautiful landscaping. The only thing was there was no gas to BQ so that bummed us out. Nice to be able to walk to everything. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and Cozy

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy apartment. It is just as described, and literally a block from the ocean, and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Quiet and friendly neighborhood and would definitely stay here again.

San Diego sprint break getaway!

My daughter and I loved this place! Quick access to the beach was our favorite part! Lots close shops and great restaurants that you can access by walking on the scenic boardwalk! The apartment offered beach chairs and beach toys that we enjoyed using! Apartment was clean and well taken care of!

Great Location in Pacific Beach!

I was in San Diego for a short stay and loved the location of this property. You are steps away from Pacific Beach. There are tons of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The property management were super responsive and extremely helpful! I 100% would stay here again!

Sweet spot close to the beach!

Loved this apartment - it was well equipped and had what you needed. It was just a few 100 feet from the ocean walkway and close to lots of restaurants but it was quiet on the street. Nothing fancy and well worth it!

Just okay. A bit rundown, the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Neighbors let their dogs run about off leash and made some noise. On the plus side:it is close to the beach and parking was not as bad as expected.I wouldn’t go again.

Great place to stay close to the beach

Great location! Lots to eat and do in the area. FYI, since it is within 1/2 block of the beach parking is difficult during the day and there isnt designated parking.

We did everything in our power to please this guest whose complaints started prior to arrival…..even providing parking free of charge for her one bedroom apartment that’s included with our two bedroom apartments. She refused to take our managers phone calls which made it especially difficult for us to be helpful. She accused our team of everything under the sun. San Diego is an urban area and most parking is either very expensive or restricted by meters or limits of time. What’s nice about our neighborhood is that parking is unmetered and not limited by a certain time period. When you find a parking space you can stay for as long as you like. This is very unusual in San Diego’s beach communities . This neighborhood is walkable, bike able, so a car really isn’t even necessary. If you leave for other San Diego attractions in the morning beach traffic clears out in late afternoon. We would not rent to this guest again, she was not at all nice to our team.

Unit was exactly as described, clean and in a great location. Just a half block to the ocean and very close to all shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed here our entire stay.

Perfect Location

You cannot get a better location. Just steps from the beach, and perfectly set back in a quiet small condo community. The host was always quick to respond and helpful with anything needed. The unit is quaint, clean and has all necessary amenities.Street parking was also easy to come by.

Had an amazing time and the apartment was just what was listed. We had everything we needed parked the car and didn’t move it for 5days. Thank you Pam and Meg for a wonderful trip.

You can’t beat being so close to the beach! A spot if you’re looking to be close to some bars etc (we weren’t hence only 4 stars for that). Communication with the host and property manager were prompt and helpful!

Party beach

Check in was quick and easy. Property was nice. Walking distance to all the bars and beach areas. The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. The only issue was parking. There were alot of campers on the street, they took up all the parking.

ok place to stay for a weekend, very close to beach.

The apartment was just ok. My husband is a general contractor and saw many needed repairs to be done inside and especially the outside of the building, its been neglected. The biggest asset is the location, walking distance to the beach. Parking on street, but if you leave good luck finding a place when you return, we were lucky.

We would not rent to this guest again. She was very, very, difficult and demanding. We are a charming family owned vacation rental property steps to the sea. We have a full time manager, housekeeping staff and handyman. Our property is inspected twice per year and repairs are made immediately. ….this close to the ocean its very important as the sea air can cause rust. We’ve made significant investments in a new roof, heating and plumbing in the past two years. We offer reserved parking or a garage for our two bedroom units and parking is plentiful, and unmetered just out front. As this guest mentioned she was able to find parking which in peak summer…steps to the ocean is challenging anywhere in San Diego. She seemed to want Four Seasons or Ritz quality but at our reasonable prices.
