What a great location!

We loved this place. Great for 2 people and can fit 2 more. So close to so many fun things to do and also all SD attractions. Great to have parking also!

Minutes from the Beach

Great place to stay in a prime location! It only took us a few minutes to walk to the beach. Plenty of options to eat within a few minutes. Great experience overall. Clean and cozy!

Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and hoping to return in the future. Was a little unsure about the checkout process since we had no internet access (real vacation) so we followed the list we found on the wall.All went well!!!!

Incredible Location and Host for Mission Beach!

We had a short visit to Mission and this property was in the best location at the best price. Communication with host was top notch! I highly recommend it!!!

Relaxing oasis

This property is perfectly situated walking distance from shops, bars and Mission Beach! This property is clean, has all that you need for your stay and its very welcoming. Host was very responsive and polite! I recommend this property 👌

Really enjoyed staying here with my son for our first trip to San Diego. It was nearby and walking distance to a lot of places. Beaches, the bay, gift shops and much more. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit. The owner was also very responsive and very quick and professional with any questions I had messaged him with. Great stay :)

Great price great location

It was a well put together space for 2 people, right across the street from Mission Bay Park, 1&1/2 blocks from the beach, a little less to the bay. Parking for a smaller vehicle only, but was perfect for us. It was the perfect get away for us! Thanks Adam for your hospitality!

Walk to Fun

We were so pleased with the location of this rental. Once we parked at check-in, we didn't need our cat again until checking out! Walked to a great sushi spot, Mission Beach, Belmont Park, Starbucks and more. We had a fantastic time!

Perfect!

The bed was comfy. Couch was comfy. Perfect location. Property Manager is super nice. It was a very nice stay. We actually contemplated staying another day but didn't ask because of the short notice.

Perfect location

This is in a perfect location, short walk to beach and Belmont park. My puppy couldn’t get enough of the park that is right across the street. Conveniently located to every attraction the city of San Diego has to offer. Adam, the owner, is genuinely interested in making your stay the best it can be. Great communication, easy checking in and out, small and cozy.

Clean and convenient

The host, Adam, was very responsive before and during my stay. Cozy space, just the right size for 2-3 people. I like that it's on the second floor, so you can leave the windows open while you are out to keep things cooler. Location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Would stay there again if I'm ever in the area again.

Perfect Location

I stayed for 2 nights here with my wife and daughter and we had a great weekend. Adam was easy to communicate with and made sure I had everything I needed well ahead of time to make check-in smooth. It’s a very tight parking spot, but it says that right in the listing and it beats trying to find street parking. Its location can’t be beat, Starbucks is 1 step away, Belmont Park across the street, the beach of course and 2 miles from SeaWorld. I highly recommend a weekend at this place.

Location Location!!!

Located in prime location near beach and Belmont Park. Right next to a bike shop for great rental prices. The space was perfect for us to enjoy in the mornings and evenings before adventuring around San Diego. We loved that there was boogie boards, an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon available to borrow on our trip since we traveled on an airplane and were unable to bring those items. Also, the host was gracious enough to let us store our luggage after check out so we could explore a little longer before heading to the airport. Overall great place to stay for a beach getaway and great communication from the host!

So close to Belmont Park, bike rental, beach and restaurants. When they said parking is tight it really is!! We squeezed in and didn't leave, walked everywhere. The place is how it looks. it gets bright in morning so bring eye mask if that bothers you. Upstairs unit.

This place was great, it was so close to so so much. You are surrounded by beaches, belmont park is across the street, there is food and shopping all around and its all walkable. Only thing that I would change is, i would put curtains/blinds on the living room windows. Really bright in the morning, and would help keep the room cooler. But other than that, it was clean, perfect for my family of 3, had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would totally stay again, and again.

Wonderful Weekend!

All of the review talk about how nice and convenient this home is but they are not lying when they say parking is tight! I have a Chevy Colorado and it barely fit in the spot... but once i had it parked, I had to try to squeeze out the car door. I would definitely stay again, but i would bring a smaller car. Wonderful Weekend!
