Overall the unit was great. We love staying in this area. Super close to the beach and only a beautiful 10min walk to the ocean. Parking was nice and close to the unit which is a bonus. Room was clean and tidy perfect for a couple or a family with 1 kid.

Fantastic location, fun & funky condo, amazing host!!! Quiet, comfy, bright. Very well stocked all around. Bed so comfortable, & sectional couch was a great place to watch a movie. Walkable to bay, beaches, bars, restaurants, shops. And it’s just a lively, friendly neighborhood. I will definitely be back soon!

Great stay

We had a good stay and appreciated the short walk across the street to the beach on the bay side. The place is true to the listing. The host provided the check in details and responded quickly to my questions. The place was great for my husband and I to enjoy the July 4th holiday weekend.

Perfect space for the 2 of us

It is in a near perfect location for doing anything in the area. Studio layout was perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed. Check in/out process and communication was great. Would definitely book again when we’re back in the area.

Great updated Bayside location

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. From the start the communication was amazing and we had everything we could possibly need available. The space was clean, modern and well stocked with beach chairs, towels, linens, bikes and kitchen supplies. We felt like we were home during our 5 day stay. The bay access was right across the street and the location was prime for beach or bay access. We had a great time and will surely be back.

Location was great! But unfortunately felt it was a bit expensive for what we got. Check in instructions were a little vague. There was a lot of sand in the bed which led me to feel like the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous stay so we changed all the sheets on the bed ourselves. Listing stated there was air conditioning but really we were provided a small portable air conditioner that we had to set up ourselves, which during a heat wave was not super helpful. (Instructions mention opening a window to get fresh cool air at night but there’s only 1 window with a screen and many of the windows don’t get wind or much air flow.) Listing also said there were bikes provided, which was true but once we got our check in information we found out they were first come first serve for the entire building not just that unit, which felt a little deceptive. The design of the place was also a bit odd. So overall felt the price was much too high.
