Nouveau taux de printemps pour cette belle nouvelle maison de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain. Situé au centre!

Bienvenue à l'Alpstrausse Lodge, construit en juillet 2018, qui vient d'être construit. Lorsque vous entrez dans cette maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, vous serez immédiatement impressionné par le savoir-faire et l’attention portée aux détails. La maison est située dans un cadre de campagne tranquille, à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville de North Conway et de toutes les attractions de la région.

Le niveau principal de la maison comporte un espace de vie à concept ouvert. Un grand salon avec beaucoup de sièges autour de la télévision 50 ", une cuisine joliment aménagée avec armoires en érable, des comptoirs en marbre avec des sièges pour 6 ainsi qu'un coin salle à manger pour 6. Le salon dispose de sièges confortables pour regarder le match ou tout simplement jouer et jouer à vos jeux préférés. La première des deux chambres de ce niveau comprend un lit king-size et un dressing. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et aussi un dressing. 2 salles de bain complètes, une avec salle de bain, arrondissent le premier étage.

Le deuxième étage de la contient la grande chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size, dressing, télévision et une salle de bain complète de taille. À l’extérieur de la chambre principale, vous trouverez un belvédère pour vous permettre de voir le magnifique espace à aire ouverte ci-dessous.

Le garage a été transformé en une salle de jeux. Complet avec une table de billard, football et une télévision !!!

We had an excellent family vacation. The home was clean and in good condition. There was plenty of room for everyone and the games in the garage/outside were a nice addition. We booked this house to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect location: close to Conway/Bartlett and all of the winter activities one could want! The host was so incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this home (and maybe I missed it in the listing, but the heated floors were divine!).

Awesome House

Very beautiful house in a great location. We were able to enjoy hiking Mt. Washington and renting Side-by-Sides in Gorham without too much of a drive. The fire pit area at the house was very nice and we lucked out that it wasn't buggy at all. Overall very nice property, would definitely rent again if in the area.

Wonderful house near North Conway. Host goes extra mile to include detailed information regarding the house and use of amenities. Also included little extras like hotel soaps and extra blankets. NH Getaway

Stayed here for 4 nights in August. The home was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The home is located a few minutes drive from North Conway and it was an easy drive to other locations such as Franconia Notch, Mt. Washington and the Kancamagus. We explored the area each day, and there were plenty of dining options near by to grab something before relaxing at the house each night. The pool table and foosball was also good for some nightly competition!

Visiting family and seeing foliage

We stayed at this house for almost 2 weeks, it had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room, bathrooms, games in the game room which included pool table. There’s an outside sitting area with a fire pit that was so nice as you walk over on a little bridge that crosses a stream, just beautiful. We had a bad storm one night, lost electricity, Chris was very fast to respond and keep us updated when the power would be back on. We would highly recommend this house for your stay.

The gem of Intervale NH

The perfect home for my family to stay while in NH. Lots of windows which I love. All updated appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms all gorgeous. Didn’t use the backyard but looked lovely. Went to Storyland over the weekend with my grandkids. Easy quick ride. Enjoyed dinner at the local restaurants which were excellent. Will stay here again.

Comfortable House in the Woods

My family and my brother’s family each with our adult daughters had a great time over Labor Day weekend. This house was as described and very close to everything! We had quick access to hiking trails along with shopping and dining in downtown North Conway. We all enjoyed the fire pit across the bridge over the little stream in backyard. It was all very peaceful and relaxing. If ever coming to area again, would definitely book again!

Great house and property

We enjoyed our one week stay at this home. We had a couple of issues which the owner addressed the same day. We were very impressed by how quickly he responded. Check in and check out process were both easy. We enjoyed being able to sit by the fire at night. My grandson enjoyed the game room. The two in suite bathrooms were a plus. The home was beautiful and comfortable. We would rent again.

A great place to stay

This lovely home in Intervale is obviously fairly new and well maintained. All amenities were as promised, and the location was close enough to North Conway to be able to easily access restaurants and shops there. The home was a comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking and touring. We chose to sample local restaurants and not cook our own meals, but guests should be aware that they should bring their own Keurig pods for that first cup of coffee in the morning and that there is an extra fee for trash disposal if they cannot take it with them. The firepit area is lovely, and the game room in the garage is a nice place for indoor amusement. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is exactly as described. There isn’t much more I can say that hasn’t already been written. Everything you could possibly need is inside the house. The beds are soooo comfy and having the bedrooms en-suite is a must for us. Would love to stay again !
