The space was very clean and well appointed with towels, blankets and basic kitchen and laundry supplies. The shared entrance to the space was a surprise but they have since updated the listing. The space is 3 suites upstairs and the game room with pool table downstairs. You essentially get three really nice hotel rooms. It was different than expected but it worked fine for our group. Parking was great and the area was safe. Host was very communicative.

Great Stay for a Bachelor Party

We booked this place for my brother's bachelor party and could not be happier with how it went! At first, the layout wasn't clear but with the number of beds and bedrooms, we gave it a shot. Once we saw the layout, it was amazing! A game room with 4 beds on one floor and then three separate suites (each with its own kitchen and bathroom on the second floor). Each suite was spacious, modern and extremely clean. Location was excellent as well. A 2 minute walk from several bars/breweries/restaurants. Anything else is no more than a 10 minute drive or Uber ride away. James, the manager, was on top of his game, extremely helpful and very responsive. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Cardinals game

My family, including 2 young teen boys, stayed for a weekend to attend a Cardinals game. We had an absolute blast! The place is amazing, let us spread out at night but gave us plenty of space to come together during the day. Close to great restaurants, close to the stadium, parking was great, everything was amazing! Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent property

Great location for a holiday celebration of three families. Very comfortable gathering spaces, well-equipped kitchens and private bedrooms and baths created a fantastic family weekend. The owner, James, was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely rent again.

Friends Getaway

We stayed here with a group of 9 friends coming down to Louisville for a golf, football, & bourbon weekend. We loved our stay and the property was a great fit for our group! We had plenty of space and comfortable beds for all the adults. The space was conveniently located in Louisville for going out but also getting in and out of the city as well. The small touches from mints on the pillows to snacks in the kitchen were just icing on the cake. The check-in/out process was simple and communication was super easy. We would definitely look to stay here again on a future trip to Louisville. 10/10 would recommend!

Germantown hotspot does not disappoint

This place is awesome! I booked it for my brother’s bachelor party over the Labor Day weekend . The manager and owner of the property are great to work with and the property is perfect for your large group (we had 11). We knew when we booked that there would be lots of places to check out in walking distance. What we didn’t except was to show up to find that there was a blues fest that weekend and we basically had private VIP balcony seats. We were blown away by the hospitality and diversity of the community and found ourselves exploring on foot mostly. Easy pick up location for your whiskey tour. Super convenient to the airport for those early morning/late night flight people. This place was a 10 out of 10 for us it like having your own clean and well equipped apartment complex.

Awesome Property w/ very Responsive Owner

My friends and I held our annual fantasy football weekend in Louisville this year and we could not have been more pleased with where we stayed. Very functional and clean property with plenty of supplies provided. Easy 10 minute Uber ride into downtown Louisville and many bar and dining options within a 10 minute walk if you prefer that. The owner James was incredibly helpful and responsive at all points of the process and the property was very well maintained and clean. Highly recommend this 5 star property!

Bachelor party

Stayed here with a group of 15 for a bachelor party. Lots of beds and enough space upstairs for us all to hang out in the dining room apartment. Place was clean and check in / out was very easy. It's a good location, close to churchill downs and two restaurants/bars down the block. Communication with the property owner / management company could have been better. Took a couple weeks to get a questioned answered but they were much more prompt about answering questions the closer the trip got. Overall I would highly recommend again to any large group!

Perfect Wedding Weekend House!

This property was a perfect setup for our wedding weekend party house in October 2020! The large multi-unit house easily accommodated all of our bridal party and some family members that came into town. Everyone was able to have their own room and, with 4 separate units, it was easy to separate me from my bride to be the night prior to the wedding. All the units accessed a central stair so it was easy to mingle from one to the next. The 3 kitchens allowed us to setup a bar and have food and drink stations throughout the property. The units were very clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchens were well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The house was fun and modern with beautiful and interesting décor. We were very happy with the service that James provided us and he worked with us on check-in time to better fit our busy weekend schedule. The only thing I would recommend for the listing is to include a floor plan layout of the units as it is hard to know how the place is organized and maybe a better listing of what items the kitchens include. I will note also that the large dinning table with seating for 10 pictured has been replaced with a smaller table that seated 8. Everything else seemed to be just as pictured in the listing. There is a parking lot, but it fills up in the evenings from nearby restaurants. However, between the lots and street parking we had no issues. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group especially with a mix of family and friends who would like their own private space! Thanks for everything James! We truly enjoyed our stay!

The property was PERFECT! Exactly like the pictures and perfect for my best friend's bachelorette party! Wish there was one more full-sized bathroom with so many girls but it worked out just fine! I texted the property manager at 130AM due to us being locked out of one of the units and he responded!!! I couldn't say enough nice things about him or the property! Highly recommend!
