great, large accommodations. Pool tables, haha, not taken care of, warped, dirty, but I guess what can you expect? Off season, so things weren't open, or not accessible due to no water supply. If you come after June 28 (we were there before) get your tickets for the ski demos a yr in advance. Very dry, lots of pollen, lots of tractors stirring up dust - ended up taking Benadryl lots!!!!Be mindful of people in floor below - as soon as the 10pm bell rings QUIET!!! Our first night when grandkids arrived from 3 different states to see each other, excited - oops - they made too much noise. SORRY!!!

Big condo close to Park city

We’re taking an annual ski trip with multiple families and kids. We had 12 with us this year. These two connected condos housed everybody comfortably. there were not very many kitchen staples already in the house. Also, it was advertised as having two hot tubs. One of them was drained, and the other was too cold to sit in.

Great Park City Location

Our group loved our stay at this condo. The location was great and we had several of the guys take the bus over to ski at Park City. The location was great for our group to get into Park City.

Girl’s Weekend

Our stay was great! Everything was clean and neat. The host was very responsive and kind. We had 23 of us and plenty of places to sleep. We would stay here again.

Great Host

Host was wonderful!! He did everything you could ask for and more. There was an issue with a downstairs neighbor who complained at the slightest bit of noise. With young children it was tough to be totally silent, which is what the neighbor expected.

Family reunion

The property was great! The rooms were big enough for parents and little kids to stay in the same room. The only problems were not much water pressure in sinks in bathrooms and the fridge, took forever to cool down Thanks for allowing us to stay, my little grandkids and I felt safe there.

Park City Ski Group Trip

Our stay here was great! We had a group of 12 adults and 3 children and the apartments were perfect. There was plenty of space to spread out and keep sleeping babies away from the louder hang-out areas. Location was great for skiing, less than a block walk to the yellow shuttle line, and very convenient for picking up food and groceries. Communication with Rafi was easy and quick. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a big group in Park City.

Amazing place for a big group!

This place was amazing! We were visiting for a long weekend of skiing and Rafi’s place was perfect. 2 hot tubs, 2 kitchens, clean and comfortable beds, tons of sitting room and a ~3 minute walk to the shuttle stop. Rafi was an amazing communicator- he let us check in early and was very helpful and responsive. The unit is upstairs and does not have an elevator, so I would not recommend for people with mobility issues. It was a quick 2 flights of stairs which was totally fine with our group.

Lots of space for two families and conveniently located to bus route to ski areas and town

We have rented both units. Plenty space for our two families and conveniently located to the bus stop allowing family members to head to the ski mountain at different times. Only suggestion would be to add more coffee mugs and wine glasses to one side to avoid the need of borrowing from the other unit. Overall, a nice stay.

Enjoyed our stay, would stay again!

My family really enjoyed staying here! The condo had everything we needed and was extremely convenient to the bus stop. We really enjoyed the one level with adjoined condos, especially the double private hot tubs and laundry. Rafi and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family reunion

This was perfect for our family! We had a room for each couple as well as a girls room and boys room for all the kids. Having a bathroom for each room worked out really well. The kitchens were well stocked with a huge variety of utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes, etc. I’ve been to plenty of properties that claim to be well stocked, and this was the best stocked property I’ve been to. There were also towels to spare, both bath towels and swim towels for the two private hot tubs. Between the large couches, we never wanted for sitting space. The bedrooms are all in one long row, which actually made it nice because it was easier to distance the group from a sleeping baby if needed. I worried it would be a long walk to get from kitchen to kitchen, but the hallway between the two condos was short and the condos mirrored each other, putting both kitchens in the middle. The owner and manager were quick to respond when there was a small problem. The complex had a small pool that our kids loved and was close to a walking/bike trail. It was also within 15 minutes of Olympic Village, downtown Park City, tons of skiing, Jordanelle Reservoir, and lots of other outdoor activities. Decently close to Salt Lake as well. I would definitely stay here again for a family reunion.

Great for large groups

It is two floors up but once you're there, it's very nice. It's very spacious. The pictures don't show them but each condo has a large dining room table. The stairs you see in the pictures is the entrance to the condo from the floor below. The kitchens had about everything you'd need including some spices. Everything works and is in good shape. I'd say the biggest issue was that they had closed half the parking lot for some sort of event so the parking was a challenge. But I'd stay here again.

Family Reunion 2023

We had 18 people in our group (11 adults, 5 between four and 12 and two infants). The property was EXACTLY what we were looking for to take care of our needs. The two separate units (joined by a common door) allowed the two infants to be at opposite ends and everyone had peace and quiet during the night. The clubhouse pool and hot tub were a huge hit. We had a great time - would definitely stay there again. Our host, Rafi, was fantastic. He responded to my questions quickly and I knew exactly what to expect because of his help. Thanks Rafi!

6 bedroom double condo

We had a great vacation with us and our kids and grandkids. The unit is very spacious with two separate kitchens (meaning two fridges/stoves/sinks/microwaves/etc) and two living areas (one area for the gamers and other for the more mellow. Not many windows so kind of dark. Be advised that it’s on the 3rd level (2 set of stairs, one inside the unit) with no elevator, so tight fit up the stairs and no secure place to keep bikes (other than open bike rack). There were quite a few maintenance issues, some of which were mentioned a year before, so expect some quirks and issues. But,we had a great time and enjoyed the space.

A Wonderful Stay

We stayed at two of the condos for a family holiday skiing vacation and it was perfect. Each unit was exactly as advertised and provided everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds and all of the bedrooms were wonderful. The pool table capped off a very nice stay. We highly recommend these condos when staying in Park City.

Magical!

We had the most wonderful stay! The two condos joined together was perfect for our group which consisted of grandparents, children and grandchildren. It was nice to have two laundry rooms and two kitchens. The kids loved the hot tub and there was a second hot tube for the adults. We also had a lot of fun playing pool. We skied and the location was so great! Rafi was very responsive and considerate when we had questions. No long cleaning list at the end of then trip even though we did our best to tidy up for the cleaning crew. Loved our stay!

Great Place for large group

Property is exactly as it is described in the listing. Very nice and clean large space perfect for a large group. In a nice part of town with a couple of restaurants within walking distance but most places will require a short drive. Would definitely recommend. Property owner-Rafi- is very responsive

Good location and amenities, but property definitely needs some work.

Positives: Good location. Nice pool, large unit, comfortable, well-stocked (paper towels, detergents, toilet paper, etc.), all appliances work. Negatives: Needs some TLC (carpet, light bulbs, etc.) and some repairs as follows: SAFETY ISSUE: Pool table leg needs to be replaced. The screws holding it together do not work, and if it broke and a child was underneath, it would likely cause him/her great harm. Microwave has no handle – needs to be replaced. Dryer has no handle – needs to be replaced. Dishwasher – upper rack double extensor hardware does not terminate; so the upper rack falls out. Bathroom attached to the king-size bedroom – toilet paper holder is falling off the wall and the left faucet handle needs to be tightened with lock tight. Pool cues are missing their tips. SAFETY ISSUE: Deck – north railing is detached from the stanchion. It has been screwed on but these have given way. Someone could easily fall off the deck. Microwave – door hinge is broken. Kitchen faucet – won’t turn off. General: west door to Building 4 gets stuck and won’t open. This is a fire hazard.
