Proche de la plage et de tout mais pas trop prĂšs.

Situé dans une communauté tranquille avec vue sur les pins et les étangs à quelques mÚtres de la piscine et du court de tennis. AccÚs facile aux magasins, restaurants et divertissements. Proche de la plage mais suffisamment éloigné pour éviter le trafic de plage si désiré. Deux chambres principales avec leurs propres salles de bains sont situées à l'étage avec une demi-bain au premier étage. Profitez d'un mobilier d'intérieur comme un canapé et une causeuse inclinables, une table et des chaises magnifiquement peintes à la main et des décorations sur le thÚme de la plage. Les touches extérieures incluent des crochets pour suspendre les serviettes mouillées, une table de patio et des chaises avec un grand parasol et un gril. Tous les draps et la vaisselle sont fournis, venez donc défaire vos bagages et profiter d'un magnifique coucher de soleil. Nous avons également une autre unité à proximité, donc si vous avez une grande famille ou des amis supplémentaires, veuillez nous contacter pour la location des deux unités.

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly and the area was close to great shops, grocery stores, restaurants and easy to get around. The kitchen was fully equipped and we needed for nothing.The host was great to work with and responded to all email and texts.Look forward to staying again.

We e joyed the unit. The decorations were perfect. Beds comfy Overall grest property. The only thing we were disagreed with the fact we paid cleaning fee and had to wash all linens and towels. Would e pect to take to towells down and strip beds a d wash dishes.

He reached out weeks before our trip, checked in just before our arrival, and even during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He also provided a clear and helpful welcome packet with all the information we needed about the house, how to reach him, and anything else that might come up.I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Short Stay for Wedding Day

This place was conveniently located close to the wedding venue where my daughter was getting married. It was nice to be able to maneuver back and forth while also being close to other needed amenities to help setup for her big day. The property was clean and neighborhood was quiet.

We cannot say enough about this town home and property manager. From one of the easiest to get in, to the check in after we got there just to ensure everything was going smoothly. Close enough to beach

Property owners respond quickly, had a little issue, but owners responded right away. Good location, not too far from beach, several restaurants near by, loved all the hooks in the town home, to hang things. Quite neighborhood, home was very spacious. Pretty view out the back door of the ponds.

Fantastic! So many extra amenities!

I’ve never seen a kitchen so well equipped! We cooked quite a bit. The large number of plastic dishes was a big help along with all of the great cooking dishes and cooking utensils. And so many spices! I love the makeup mirror in the bathroom and the sleep number bed. The sheets were so soft and the number of blankets available was fantastic. There were so many beach chairs and boogie boards available along with a grill for the back porch. No suggestions on improving the decor. I loved it! So many hooks! They make hanging jackets, purses, and towels so much easier. We will definitely make plans to come back.

Great Getaway

Everything was perfect for our quick little weekend getaway! The house was clean, anything you could think of needing was there, and the layout of the house was awesome! I loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Will definitely think about this place again if we come to Emerald Isle again!

Great spot close to the beach!

This place worked perfectly for our family of 4 to stay in while other family had a place on the beach at Emerald Isle. We drove 15 minutes to the beach each day and then had this quiet retreat to return to each afternoon. The unit is well-equipped with everything you may need. The perfect place for our first trip to the area.

Fun Beach Trip

The property was close to everything we wanted to see; New Bern, Ft. Macon, Emerald Isle, Shackleford Isle, the Maritime Museum, Aquarium, etc! The only thing that was a problem was trying to get all the linens & towels washed & dried before we left. The dryer just wouldn't dry the clothes & we had to get up pretty early to do two loads before we left. Otherwise the place was absolutely perfect!!

Nice townhouse

Townhouse with view of golf course ( not in use). Clean unit with nice kitchen. 2 Bedrooms upstairs- each has bathroom, very convenient. Living area has recliner couches. Small patio area. Only thing I didn't like was having to take all bedding/ towels downstairs to wash machine before I checked out. We left very early and this was inconvenient.

We have another townhouse in this area and it has become so popular that we are only able to use it a couple times per year so we purchased another one. It is still quiet and tranquil. We are close enough to do activities or just relax and do nothing. We always come back relaxed and refreshed.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We decided then that this is the perfect location to give us and others a chance to unwind. The peace and quiet we all need, but so close to the beach and many other activities. Why pay the higher prices of going over the bridge to the beach when you're less than 8 minutes from the beach?

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Located less than 8 minutes from the beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping, miniature golf and so much more. Centrally located between Jacksonville and Morehead City.
