The house is next door to the owner’s home situated so that all will have their needed privacy and space. Covered carport and plenty of parking space is available. Enjoy the 2 main beaches without dealing with lots of traffic. Beaches are close, 15 miles to Atlantic Beach and 20 miles to Emerald Isle. Grocery stores are available within approximately 5 miles. Several fast food restaurants are located nearby. Come stay and enjoy making great memories. This is not a party house. If you are planning on loud and/or late night parties this is not the place for you. This is a quiet residential/farming community. Bugs are a part of the coastal area. They are part of the natural ecosystem. Be assured this house has been cleaned and there is a regular pest control service in place. Please do not leave windows and doors open.
