Newly renovated farmhouse in a very quiet area. Lots of outside space for outdoor activities including porch sitting. The all new kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, as well as, all the regular necessities. The house has Smart TVs in the living room and game room. The house is next door to the owner’s home situated so that all will have their needed privacy and space. Covered carport and plenty of parking space is available. Enjoy the 2 main beaches without dealing with lots of traffic. Beaches are close, 15 miles to Atlantic Beach and 20 miles to Emerald Isle. Grocery stores are available within approximately 5 miles. Several fast food restaurants are located nearby. Come stay and enjoy making great memories. This is not a party house. If you are planning on loud and/or late night parties this is not the place for you. This is a quiet residential/farming community. Bugs are a part of the coastal area. They are part of the natural ecosystem. Be assured this house has been cleaned and there is a regular pest control service in place. Please do not leave windows and doors open.

The Farmhouse was great! Very spacious, clean and up to date. The beds are really comfortable too. There were plenty of coffee pods and bottled water too. I love a host that goes the extra mile!

Great property, attention to detail, well supplied

The farmhouse exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfectly decorated for the 4th of July inside and out. Property was very well stocked with everything our group needed. 4 bedrooms were super convenient and gave us flexibility in accommodations, porches and game room were big hits with our crew.

Overall stay was excellent. I give this stay 10/10.The home was very clean and peaceful. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. This stay was a mix of country living with the hustle & bustle of the beach. We loved the view of the sunset from the back porch. Picture below.

It was in a very quiet neighborhood. The inside was much larger than expected by pictures of the outside. The bedrooms were comfy. There was a little room with a couch that could be for a quiet spot or for the kids to play. Had a few kids toys and puzzles. My grandkids put pretty much all of them together. The kitchen was good size and very functional. We used the charcoal grill for some hotdogs and pork. The porch is lovely. Sits 4 perfectly. But room for a couple more lawn chairs.

The Farm House

We absolutely loved the Farm House. It had everything we needed! The rooms were great and the amenities were more than we expected. It was so clean and decorated awesomely! I would definitely stay here again! My daughter got married and here are a few pics of our time in the Farm House! Lol

In town for birthday and Easter

This is our second stay with my 78 year old mother, two of my daughters 30 year old friends and my husband and I. Plenty of room everything that you could need and very clean and quiet. Can’t wait to come back again.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse, everything was great, lots of accommodations were provided. Hosts were fantastic! Great location as we were there working at Cherry point and it was a quick beautiful drive to and from the base.

The Farmhouse

For us, the house was in a perfect location, near where my sister’s wedding was held. The house was lovely. The decor matched the farmhouse theme. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house since we were preparing for the wedding . We will come stay again if the need arises.

The Farmhouse was everything that my family wanted/needed on our trip to the Havelock area! We attended my niece's wedding with my 89 year old mother. The Farmhouse is all on one level, which was perfect. It had 4 bedrooms, so it accommodated my whole family. Everything was so clean and organized (everything is conveniently labeled). We had some down time, and the large living room/dining area was a great place to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple of simple meals. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the hosts answered them quickly. I would highly recommend The Farmhouse to anyone staying in the New Bern/Havelock/Atlantic Beach area.
