Quiet townhome community, private patio, minutes driving distance to historic downtown Swansboro and wonderful restaurants.

Though there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance, most people will find it easiest to travel by car to most nearby locations. Two parking spaces are assigned in the front of the house for personal use. There are also Lyft and Uber services in the local area.

We are pet friendly. For guests staying with pets: There is an additional cleaning fee (in addition to the normal cleaning charge at the end of your stay) of $50 USD.
PET CLEANING FEE- We love hosting our fellow pet families. Due to the extra effort involved with cleaning, sanitizing, and turning over our units for the next guests, the security deposit/pet fee of 50$ will be taken as an additional charge at the end of the stay.

Services were easy and quick. I wished they listed their rules on the main page when you are deciding to rent or not. They waited until the day we were leaving to give us the rules list. Most places list this on the main description which allows travelers to decide if the property or owners are being reasonable with their rules/requests or if the travelers should continue looking for a place with less rules. Hotels don't require so many rules so when deciding on a VRBO this is a big decision to consider. Other than that it was nice property. Less amenities than other places we have stayed but overall not bad. In a pinch I would stay here again.

We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. The bedroom does not have a dresser; hanging clothes can go in the closet but there's no place for folding clothes. We lived out of our suitcases all week. The front blinds both are defective and need to be replaced. There were loud dogs next door, but I don't know if they are owned by residents or visitors. But these are small things, all in all we had a good experience at a fair price.

The property was pretty clean, I was able to sweep up a decent amount that was missed but this is a pet friendly home so understandable. Only big complaint was the keurig didn’t work and the sliders were super difficult to shut from the outside (no not because they hadn’t been used, they are older and didn’t have a good handle on the outside. Otherwise pretty good!

The property was okay enough. Nothing special and very limited warmth/homey aspects but it served its purpose for the one night we did stay. The bed was comfortable. The couch bed was broken and would have slid out of place had two occupants been in it. I was most disappointed at the lack of care taken to assure my family’s needs were met. After booking, I specifically reached out to ask if towels and bed linens were provided as the listing didn’t specify. I was assured that “of course” these would be provided (like I was the crazy one for even asking). We arrived well after dark and were ready to crawl into our beds. There were no sheets or even a blanket to put on the pull out couch. We had to take the king comforter off our bed so that our son could sleep on the couch. The last straw was waking up to take showers with only 2 sets of towels on property. We left the property and did not return. We were lucky to find somewhere else to stay. When I again reached out to express my displeasure and to let them know we would not be continuing our stay there was absolutely no resolution. I was just told “If we had contacted them we could have resolved the issue and been given the towels and linens.” They obviously just didn’t care!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here with our two dogs!The place was clean and all the amenities worked that we used. We loved the washer and dryer. That was super useful at the end of the day for a quick load of laundry. 15 min from public access at Emerald Isle. 3 min away from a Wal Mart and places to eat. Plus you miss all the beach rush that’s going on at the Isle for restaurants. My husband works from home and said internet access was good!
