Niché au milieu d���un parcours de golf de compétition, le Pili Mai occupe un emplacement idéal sur la c��te sud de l���île de Kauai, sur la plage de Poipu. Il s’agit du plus récent complexe de villégiature de Kauai et propose un choix de condominiums de luxe de deux, trois et quatre chambres.

Very nice olace to stay. Have been to kauai many times and this was one of our best stays. Quiet location , within driving distance of everything . It was a great home base for me and my family . Pool was nice as well. I would stay here again in the future.

This was our second time at Pili Mai, and its a great complex close to town and the beach. The pool is great and this condo is spacious with a great layout for families and stocked with everything you would need. I especially appreciate having a washer/dryer! Check-in was super easy. Hope to come back another year

Lovely Stay

We lived our stay at Pili Mai, we have stayed in this location twice now and love it! It is near restaurants, markets, poipu and shipwreck beaches. The beds are super comfortable, big closets, nice bathrooms, kitchen was very well stocked, we made most of our meals at the condo. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. There were beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board and even some sand toys in the garage for guests.

This is a lovely condo in a quiet location. Close to the condo pool, shops and nearby beaches. Easy, prompt communication with management. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect place for a family

Kauai Vacation

Excellent property! Clean, great lanai with mountain views, and the AC kept the condo cool. Beach goodies in the garage was a huge plus and great communication with property management company. Will plan to stay again in the future.

Condo was clean, 3 full baths and King (2 twins together for one room) beds, awesome island, kitchen n deck. Pool area was clean and close, friendly setting. Only complaint was front bedroom was hot.

Great Property and Location

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The pool area was very relaxing and everyone was super nice. It is located by the golf course and Poipu Shopping Center, which had many restraints to try. We are planning another vacation to Kauai next year and will definitely stay at this property again.

Hotel luxury feeling with amenities of house

Was set up to walk in and feel like a hotel. Soaps and lotions in all baths, spacious rooms. Our portacot could have even fit in the master closet. Pool was great for kids and you can walk to the closest shopping center. Great deck for afternoon family time.

Beautiful island condo

Excellent location on south shore of Kauai. We have stayed multiple times in the Pili Mai complex and love it. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Ample space for family with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Our teens loved the extra space and pool area. Beautiful Mountain view from lanai. Rental agency is very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

A Little Bit of Paradise

Nicely appointed condominium with plenty of room for 6 adults. Enjoyed our stay. Could have used more coffee mugs and flatware. There is a gap in the flooring in the kitchen and entry way that poses a tripping hazard for seniors. The front bedroom air conditioning is such that ancillary fans are needed to keep the temperature reasonable for sleeping. The proprietary coffee blend is divine. : ) We would come back!

I am a very picky person ; however I have to say that this condo is absolutely top notch! It was 4 of us: my wife, two kids and me... Plenty of room for everyone! Plus a big lanai for outdoor breakfast /lunch /dinner...Brand new, excellent location (2-minute drive to the beach); extremely clean, Perfect layout ( 3 beds / 3 baths) kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more so!!! If I could give 10 stars -I would!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Check in process was quick and easy. Good location. Unit was close to pool. Only 2 issues: front bedroom with king bed would get hot even with ac. Vents were open. Guest who slept there just had to deal with it. Second: stools are needed in the kitchen. Middle island in kitchen is where everyone would socialize. Just needed somewhere to sit

Superb location!

This property was even better than expected! Large, comfortable dwelling. We were very pleased with the exception of the fact it was stocked with TP, Paper Towels, D/W tablets for a 1-week stay. Since we were staying 10 days, we contacted the property management and were told that was our responsibility. When I indicated that's not the way it normally is at other places, they dropped off enough to get us through. The Parrish Group is great to deal with and we will rent this unit again!

Great place, but the beds

Overall a great stay, great place, good location, close to the pool, plenty of room for 6 of us. But the bed in the master bedroom was much too firm and a bit lumpy. I started sleeping on the couch. Pillows were also lumpy and flat. Unfortunately the poor quality sleep impacted my vacation. The guest bedroom beds were ok, no complaints from those guests. Kitchen pots, pans and knives were in rough shape, but no worse than other places we’ve stayed.

Unit 2C

The property was lovely. The actual condo was beautiful. The one thing lacking was the air conditioning. It would work briefly, then maintenance had to come in. It would work for a bit then go off. Bedrooms were heating up to 88°. Terrible for sleeping. Maintenance men were so kind and so apologetic. This condo needs a new air conditioning unit. Clearly. They also said this was a known issue. Why is it being rented with faulty air conditioning?
