Grande Beach House design et contemporaine dans le quartier prisé de Cul de Sac à proximité des ßlets Pinel et Petite clef.
Une villa spacieuse ouverte sur la nature et la mer, idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis !
La villa bénéficie d'un site tout à fait exceptionnel = un accÚs direct et privatif à la Baie protégée de Cul de Sac et aux ßlets Pinel et Petite clef (kayaks et SUP à disposition), un immense jardin tropical de 3 600m2, la réserve naturelle attenante (ùnes, chevaux et flore). Un havre de paix !
La villa est composée de deux parties séparées par un grand patio/solarium.
Une partie face Ă  la mer (Chambre 1, cuisine et salon/Smart TV) ; une partie face au jardin avec les chambres 2 et 3.
Les 3 chambres sont toutes climatisées avec salles de bain privatives et 3 WC.
Possibilité d'ajouter lit 1 personne dans les chambres 2 et 3 avec supplément.

Family of 4 from Minnesota

This home is a gem. I can't say enough about the graciousness of Laurence and François. When we arrived the house was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with groceries, drinks and coffee. (and a beautiful bottle of champagne....Happy New Year!!) Everything was perfect.... from the restaurant recommendations, the activities they suggested (Pinel Island, Hiking in the nature preserve and countless beautiful beaches) to the property itself. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful area of St Martin, but not far from world class restaurants and beaches. Our sons loved kayaking to Pinel to snorkel and swim. We hope to return some day. Thank you to our amazing hosts.

Paradise!

Paradise! How to describe it in one word, Paradise! Going away as a family of five is never easy or relaxing but staying here was the perfect combination of all worlds with everyone having there own space yet being able to convene as a family when we wanted to. The large wrap around deck and courtyard area is perfect for teenagers with all the seating, bean bags and sofas, creating an arena for them to access their smart phones, read etc, yet be in the pool 10 seconds later. The many doors created a cooling flow of breeze throughout the house which negated the need for air conditioning during the day, ever. The area is safe and we rarely locked the doors which added to the relaxed island feel. The pool is simply stunning with views of the bay as a backdrop. The kids were rarely out of it. We would wake up early to read our books in the early morning on the deck overlooking over the bay and would often look up to check that we were in reality - So beautiful. We also loved the peace and quiet - you were not overlooked by the neighbours, yet with the shops and restaurants just up the road, it made it convenient to pop out to pick something up you may have forgotten or just out to dinner. We walked quite often at night time and it was reassuringly safe. Laurence and François are so welcoming! When we arrived there were some food, beers and champagne (real French stuff, of course) in the fridge, which was a classy touch after a long journey from the UK. They have everything here in their beautifully designed and styled house - towels for pool and bath, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and Nespresso machine), laundry, a smart tv, several seating areas, outdoor bean bags, wifi is brilliant, snorkel gear, board games, BBQ, paddle boards and sea kayaks, stunning bathrooms, air conditioning and an amazing walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom( we want one at home now). As hosts, the family could not have made us more welcome. Their communication (in perfect English) was first rate and François would fix any little problem that we could ever encounter. Often we would be out and see a member of the family saying hi or offering us a lift somewhere. Any concerns we had about using HomeAway with them melted away in 5 seconds. They are a genuine and beautiful family. We almost wanted to keep this all a secret but that would have been a crime. We have already started to save to come again - Tu manques à nous St Martin... Un paradis entre terre et mer

Fabuleux ! Un séjour paradisiaque avec une vue imprenable sur Pinel. La maison est trÚs agréable, tout confort. Le deck intérieur offre un espace hyper cosy et la terrasse extérieure avec vue mer et piscine est un havre de bonheur. Le matin, ouverture des portes avec un décor de rÚve. Pour les grands et les enfants, la grande piscine est trÚs agréable. Enjoy !!!

1Ă©res vacances en famille Ă  St Martin, la villa est extraordinaire , au bord de l'eau, accĂšs direct avec les kayaks Ă  Pinel - TrĂšs grande piscine / La maison est trĂšs spacieuse, on ne se gĂȘne pas mĂȘme nombreux - TrĂšs grande cuisine ou tout y est, c'est trĂšs agrĂ©able en location - Nous avons passĂ© des aprĂšs-midi Ă  Orient bay ( Ă  7' de voiture ) - Les photos ne rĂ©vĂšlent pas la magnifique vue et la quiĂ©tude de la maison - Merci Ă  laurence et François pour leur accueil

Simply Paradise. Amazing home and Superb hosts!

Wow, we had an incredible stay at L&F's home. This place couldn't have been more perfect. Our family of four (kids 5 & 7) like to have a lot of space to enjoy and not bother anyone. We like to beach bum, enjoy the sun, the people and the culture...not be on schedules. We picked the French side to stay away from the hustle and bustle and it was perfect. The home had everything and kayaks were available for us to take to Pinel Island and enjoy the gorgeous beach and food at a whim. Probably the closest town to Anse Marcel and Grand Case is 5 minutes away. Here are my tips: - rent a car, explore - lots of activity & gear from kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, life vests for kids, balls, football for beach, racket games, floaties, loved the swan floatie in the water. my fave. - kitchen all the necessities for a cook. I cooked every night. - wifi was great in all living areas and between homes but if you are out in the deck by the pool, you may not have wifi. - the main living area (kitchen, tv, pool side) is connected with the master bedroom and ensuite. The other three rooms are on a separate building. My husband loved this because he could have his own space but if you have little children, you may want to stay in the connecting rooms which is an option. - baths were clean and master bathroom was fantastic. - bath towels, beach towels, swimming pool towels... - we have a breeze throughout the trip and it ran through the home so no need for any ac - rooms had ac so we used those during bedtime to avoid any mosquitoes but those who don't care about this can have them open all night. - pool was ideal. we loved loved loved the pool. i want one now. - Area. Never having gone to the island and wanting privacy, this place was exactly that. Walked short steps to the nearby donkeys and horses which you can feed. The beach on that side was experiencing lots of waves and currents but it was beautiful. having access by kayak to pinel was great. - nearby recycling area so sometimes you can hear cars driving up & down, didn't bother us tho - super u market in Marigot for all shopping. Cocci 1 mile away daily fresh baguettes - restaurants - karibuni on pinel & calmos in grand case The hosts were incredible. Laurence is super quick about responding with tons of tips. They were both so relaxed and made us feel like home. Their daughter even contacted us to offer babysitting which was sweet. Thank you Laurence for making SXM such a fantastic stay!

Gorgeous House, Perfect Location

We are so grateful for Laurence and Francois to share their beautiful home with us! It was so easy to communicate with Laurence and Francois from making the reservation to checking out. They gave us warm welcome and as we entered the house, our first impression was that it looks more beautiful than the photos. We love the color scheme, the decors and the peaceful surrounding. The proximity to Pinel Island was a big plus. We enjoyed kayaking there. It's also so close to Grand Case with all the wonderful restaurants and outdoor barbecue eatery.
