Décorée et meublée dans le style typique des Caraïbes, cette villa, située dans une résidence sécurisée dispose d'un salon, d'une cuisine et de trois grandes chambres, chacune équipée d'une salle de bains.

Son beau patio avec sa grande table vous accueillera pour des moments conviviaux. Pour vous détendre, profitez du hamac.

La villa est raccordée à internet via la fibre optique.

Les télévisions sont équipées d'Apple TV avec Canal Sat Caraïbes disponible.

La villa Sunbird est protégée par une alarme.

Elle est entièrement de plain pieds.

Le gardien de la villa demeure à 5 minutes en cas de besoin.

Our stay at Villa Sunbird was perfect from beginning to end. Communication with the Host Gilles was excellent from the initial booking through to the end. He responded promptly to any questions we had before the trip. The property manager Dominique was outstanding. He was always available if we needed anything and just a WhatsApp message away. The property we very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the private pool and used it every day after returning to from the beach. Location is great with the Village and beach a short walk away. Overall, this was a great stay.

We arrived late because of snow issues in our state of Va and were very tired and some were cranky but we were greeted with such hospitality and friendliness that it soon disappeared.after a good nights rest everyone were very very happpy. The place is very clean and the bedrooms were big and comfy bedding was great. Kitchen was really nice and had everything you would need from corkscrew to pasta pot. It was safe with its own gate and located in a very good spot near the beach within walking distance and close to some great restaurants. Laundry room included. Our hose was incredible and answered all question and was there if we needed him. I would highly recommend the Sunbird2. We will definitely be back

Nice little villa!

We found this villa to be very spacious with all of the amenities needed for a brief or lengthy stay in St. Martin. Just a short walk to the beautiful Orient Beach and restaurants.

Summer in January

Lovely property in a secure community. We could walk to the beach and shops, lots to see and do in the area. The kids swam in the private pool every day, it's only steps from the large enclosed patio. We recommend it!!

Sunbird Stay

The Sunbird had everything we needed for our vacation in St Martin. It has a perfect location close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It also had a covered sun porch where we spent almost all of our time when we were at the house and ate our meals. There was just enough privacy for us to relax in the very nice pool.Dominique answered all of our questions and quickly took care of our problem with the clothes dryer ( a gecko somehow crawled into it and unfortunately for it “got cooked” ).We hope to be able to return again.

The house was great. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, extra refrigerator in laundry room. Excellent washer and dryer. The covered porch was fantastic! The house was one story which was nice.
