We are sorry if the description of our property is not sufficiently explicit and could mislead you. We thought that the explanations provided and the photos published were an exact reflection of reality. Moreover, for 6 years that we rent our house, you are the first person to make this remark to us. If it is true that we have a studio reserved for us and which is on the same level as the villa you rented, we very rarely come there since we live in Saint Barthélémy. We never come without warning you, never more than 2 consecutive days and the time we are present, we take care to leave all the shutters that are opposite closed. During your 7-week stay, we passed each other twice in the parking lot of the property which is common to it, it is a pity that on these occasions you did not tell us of your discomfort with us. . Also in 7 weeks, the second unit was only rented for a week by a very calm and respectful family. The rest of the time, you had full ownership. As for water, the house is equipped with a pump which allows to have pressure on all the water points of the house. Unfortunately, when we suffer power cuts the pump no longer works, fortunately it does not happen very often and the majority of cuts never last more than a few minutes but it can happen, sometimes, that it does not come back before an hour. The Caribbean islands do not have the degree of electrical equipment of the continents, you may not experience a problem for several months and then, without knowing why you will have two cuts in the same week. This phenomenon is beyond our control but we understand the frustration that these inconveniences generate and for lack of being able to do more, we offer you our most sincere apologies.

We are delighted that you had a wonderful stay. Regarding the television problem, we are sorry. The repair required access to the lounge to run new cables and we did not want to disturb you during your stay. We did the repair at your departure. Since the cyclone IRMA, the household appliances have suffered. We thought the dryer had lasted, it ran until November and after power cuts, the engine burned. There are threads in the gardens to dry the laundry while waiting for a new one. See you soon Mélanie ‌Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un magnifique séjour. Concernant le problème de télévision, nous en sommes navrés. La réparation nécessitait d'avoir accès au salon pour faire passer de nouveaux câbles et nous ne souhaitions pas vous déranger pendant votre séjour. Nous avons fait la réparation à votre départ. Depuis le passage du cyclone IRMA, l'électroménager présent a souffert. Nous pensions que le sèche-linge avait résisté, il a fonctionnait jusqu'en novembre et suite à des coupures d'électricité , le moteur a grillé. Il y a des fils dans le jardins pour faire sécher le linge en attendant d'en recevoir un neuf. A bientôt

Surpris d'un tel commentaire et d'une telle note , les coupures d'eau étant indépendantes de notre volonté. Aucune appréciation sur la maison en elle-même, sachant que vous aviez réservé au départ 7 jours et que la maison vous plaisez tellement que vous avez prolongé votre séjour de 9 jours de plus.
