Ce condo est une base fabuleuse pour explorer tout dans notre belle ville de montagne! Situé au coin de W Pacific et de S Pine, ce condo est vraiment l'emplacement le plus recherché pour votre visite. Si vous visitez le pays pour faire du ski, la télécabine se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Pour les festivals d’été, Telluride Town Park est à 100 mètres de Pacific St.

Couldn’t ask for anything more

Nice unit with everything we needed. Great location with 2 block walk to lift/gondola and near restaurants and breweries. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location just steps from the gondola and great restaurants

The unit is very nicely appointed and quite comfortable to live in. Spacious. Very comfortable bedding, a full kitchen that isn't cramped and an in-unit washer/dryer is a game changer. Easy parking - it's tight, but we never were worried about finding a space. Short walks to the best restaurants, bars and shops in town. Also a short walk to Lift 8 and the Free Gondola. Great location.

Great Location

This condo was exactly as described and couldn't have been in a better location (in most cases 1 or 2 blocks from where we were going). The condo was spacious and communication was easy with the owner. Would recommend this condo.

Best location in telluride

Condo way more spacious than the pictures present. Stayed an entire week and it was fantastic. Comfortable beds, ample space, great views and a short walk to the gondola. Restaurants and shopping all around too. The hot tub was nicer than I thought it would be as well. I used it everyday and was the only one in it. Will definitely return.

Overall we were happy. The location is unbeatable and it was nicely finished. The only issues we had were cleanliness and water pressure. The bathroom and dishes weren’t cleaned properly and if you were in the shower and someone turned on the sink, the pressure would go to zero.

Fall Line 308 - Perfect Telluride Condo

Awesome condo right in town. So easy to park the car and go. Walking distance to all kinds of shops. Walking distance to Gondola. Great spot for winter or summer vacation. Everything about it was perfect.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Condo in perfect condition and owners were very accomodating

Georgina- the owner- made the whole rental process easy and was lovely to work with. We asked for an early check in which was no problem. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable modern furniture and master bedroom had a gorgeous view of the mountain. There is a keyless entry system on the front door (a small detail) yet quite convenient. I highly recommend for a great stay!

Great Stay and Great Location

We rented this unit for a week and with four adults we managed well with one bathroom. The place was recently updated and clean and the beds and linens/towels were really nice and plush. The hot tub was set (and locked) at 104 degrees F, which was too hot. The kitchen could have been better appointed, but it was adequate. The location was 3.5 blocks from the Gondola and 1.5 blocks from the middle of Colorado Avenue, which could not have been better. While it was pricey for one bathroom, we would stay there again.

Very Nice Remodel

This place couldn't have been in a better location, right in the center of town. The finishes were top notch and the beds were super comfortable. We will be back!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
