Exactly what we wanted!

It is the perfect home for two guys visiting Phoenix to golf. Everything was clean; the location was perfect, in a nice neighborhood, and plenty of towels, washcloths, and linens.There is a beautiful area to walk in the morning (a large pond with a walking path nearby) and easy check-in and check-out. The first place I'll search for on my next trip to Phoenix.

Family visit

The location was perfect as we were visiting family in Sun Valley. Check in was easy. The home was very close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to enjoy several activities in the Chandler and Gilbert area. The neighborhood was perfectly safe and great for walking. The home was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the Palmellos from the backyard! The neighbors were also welcoming! We would definitely choose this home again for a future stay!

Baseball Tournament

Only problem was no cable TV, so no regular shows. We don't do streaming. Good thing we had baseball tournaments during the day.

Sun Lakes spring break

My family stayed in this house for a week during our kids' school spring break. Overall, the house worked well for us. The furniture is nice. The kitchen is a bit dated but met our needs. The bedroom pillows could use a refresh. Many were firm and a little lumpy. The community amenities are quite excellent though so I would recommend getting the guest passes if you want to use any of the pools, tennis courts, or restaurants in the community. We would stay here again as the location is very convenient for us.

8-day Sun Lakes Stay

All went well upon arrival. Communcation was great. However, when I had, a problem getting passes to the club. I left a few messages about the issue, and I never did hear back from anyone. The pass was supposed to be 27 but they wanted to charge 250 now so I could go into the club and pay to eat and drink and most importantly use the pool area. This was really disappointing. Anyone staying should work this detail out ahead of time. Otherwise, the house, backyard, garage and all accommodations were great.

Hi Leslie, I'm sorry about the passes. This is in the advertisement for the property, as the HOA has changed policy. The owner does include for stays of 30 or more days. The folder at the property has the proper forms if residents for less than 30 days would like to obtain an amenity card for up to 2 guests.

Location was nice. Our house had a huge stain in master bedroom which had not been cleaned. Had to kill a couple of cockroaches inside home! We were able to check in early (2:30) due to my husband had some unexpected medical issue. The housekeeper was leaving and let us in thru the garage. We found a house key and garage door opener in kitchen. We only used garage opener during our stay. Never did use the lock box therefore assumed another key was in box. We were charged a fee because we did not put the key back in lock box. It was clearly stated to put key back in box but since we didn’t remove it we assumed one was still in the box. Nothing was written in lease about a charge for not doing so. The manager was very abrupt with us when we questioned the charge and would not refund the money. The place was spotless and sheets were laundered before we left. We will never use this rental agent and not recommend it to others.

Great Community with lots of fun amenities. Enjoyed the golf course and pool. Great walking trails around the lakes. Can either walk or bike.

Visit with cousins to Cottonwood

The property manager was awesome and very attentive to our needs. Had some sewer issues but they worked on it. The community is lovely. We enjoyed the pool and country club for many meals.

Thank you for the feedback. We have been working with the HOA to understand what can be done within the community that has septic systems installed. The home itself is individually maintained with proper sanitizing for septic plumbing. At different times of year and wind direction, this can create an unpleasant smell outside. I'm sorry that happened during your month stay.
