We were in town for Parents Weekend at Clemson and this was the perfect location. Only 25 minutes to campus in game day traffic, easy check-in process and the host communicated all necessary information 48 hours before check-in. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, and well stocked. It’s a very quiet location and has gorgeous lake views. I highly recommend this property.

This was the BEST week. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and sits on a point off of Lake Keowee which is spectacular. The boat dock was impeccable and the property is so peaceful and quiet. The owners were there when we were there and they are the kindest people you could ever meet. The whole trip was a blessing and I would recommend this place to everyone!! It’s perfection.

Wonderful Experience

The house was incredible, and the amenities were above and beyond. The owners are so kind and thoughtful. We would come here again and again after the perfect weekend we had for the 4th! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! Apartment is clean & well-appointed. Bed is comfortable and pillows are soft. We grilled outside almost every night and loved it. The area is quiet and relaxing. It was also super convenient to tie up our boat at the dock! My only suggestion would be to bring/buy some Tupperware if you’re going to cook a lot. The kitchen has everything else. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being so kind, Gary!

Perfect!

Stayed at this perfect apartment while catching back to back Clemson home games. Beautiful spot right on Lake Keowee. Pleasure to deal with both the homeowners and the property manager. Spotless clean property. Skip a hotel in Andersen and stay at this gem instead. Same travel time and you can be chillin by the lake as opposed to sitting in a hotel room. 10 out of 10.

If your group is 4 or less, dont pass this lake paradise up!

We stayed at the point for the 4th of July holiday, my wife and I and our 4 kids. The location on the lake is amazing, directly across the channel from the lightouse restaurant with quick lake access to everything. We brought our 25ft tritoon, and had plenty of space to tie up to the 2 story dock with awesome swim stairs. There is also a small beach with kyacks to use. There is space to park a trailer and your vehicle. The apartment is on the smaller side, but the bathroom is ample and the layout is perfect. Theres a large private patio with a grill as well. I cant say enough about the property, down to the last deatil, its well stocked with everything you might need, and its all nice. The property manager takes great care to clean and prepare the space for you and communicates well. The owner isnt always there, but we were fortunate enough to be there while he was, and he js a great guy! He was so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, plus hes a hoot to hang out with. He was however careful not to impose if you prefer privacy. With the laout of the apartment, you have complete separation from the main residence. Dont hesitate to snatch up this property for your lake keowee trip, if we dont get to it first!

Perfect Get Away

This rental supported all our needs plus some. We had access to boat dock, beach and kayaks. It also provided us with an extremely clean environment, including adequate supply of towels, utensils, cookware and the like. We were also impressed with the basket which contained all the essentials you could think of. Sharon, the property manager, was fast to address any of our needs. We will definitely return in the future.

Amazing

This location was perfect for our family. We rented this property for a long birthday weekend for our 7 year old. The kids enjoyed the big yard giving them plenty of space to play when they were not in the water! It was amazingly clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!
