Beau et unique! Spacieux Carriage House sur 1/2 acre isolée

Magnifique et spacieuse maison de transport convertie en parfait état donnant sur un demi-acre de parc isolé comme une propriété. Très propre et lumineux; toute la maison a été repeinte en août 2018. Le premier étage comprend un salon, une cuisine, une salle à manger et une demi-baignoire. La spacieuse chambre principale avec salle de bain (douche et baignoire) se trouve au deuxième étage. Le deuxième étage comprend également 2 autres grandes chambres avec salle de bain complète partagée. La chambre du troisième étage est un espace ouvert avec sa propre salle de bain complète. Plancher de bois franc dans toute la maison. Soleil rempli comme la maison a beaucoup de fenêtres et 7 portes françaises. Faisant partie de l'ancien domaine Mansion, le Carriage House a été entièrement rénové tout en préservant le briquetage, les poutres, la cheminée et d'autres éléments d'origine qui vous donneront l'impression de retomber dans le charme du vieux monde. Indéniablement une maison unique! À distance de marche pour former. Près des magasins, des restaurants, de la plage, des courts de tennis et des terrains de golf. Great place to enjoy Long Island and NYC

Great place to stay. Location is excellent. My only wish is that the fireplace worked. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

House on secluded lane in Glen Cove

Property manager was friendly and met us at the house when we arrived. She remained accessible during our stay. The house comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 4 children with bed sharing by the children. We would stay at the house again.

Beautiful 3 level home in quiet setting

A home that reflects a lot of love. The three levels with all kinds of different areas inspired the kids to want to play hide and seek. Lots of room to spread out on the very spacious leather sofa for a movie in the evening. Host was very gracious, helpful and communicative. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved this unique house! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Very warm feeling. The windows ALL AROUND truly bring the beautiful park like backyard indoors. A perfect place to relax! It is very secluded, you would never guess that you are only minutes from restaurants, shopping, banks.. Direct train to NYC in walking distance is another convenience. Really great location. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and the hostess was very accommodating. She walked us through the house and was only a text away it we needed her. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Amazing place to stay!

This place is truly amazing. Huge living room and sofa area for a bunch of friends to hang out, decent private yard for outdoor BBQ, separation dining area, etc. It also has four really nice and large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms to share. The entire house is modern, clean and well decorated. We really had a great time here!!!

Best Homeowner EVER!!

Even with all of the chaos we encountered during our trip (i.e., broken-down RV, delayed trip, hurricane, etc.), Renata was by far the most gracious host we have ever had! From her quick responses and multiple offers to assist us throughout the entire trip, I am so glad we chose this rental. The home comes equipped with everything you need for a lengthy vacation. It has such a peaceful outdoor setting, but beware of the flying insects (spray accordingly if you plan to relax outdoors). Our kids loved the 3rd floor spacious room to play around. There is a connected 1-bedroom apartment, but fortunately it was not rented out during our stay. I do believe our trip would have went much better if we weren't in COVID and hurricane times as there were limited activities and restaurants in the area, but it is a quick drive to the city. Overall, a wonderful and peaceful place to stay provided by the BEST host!.

Renata is an amazing host!

This property is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. It was very well kept and comfortable. Was great for our week-end getaway. AND, Renata went out of her way to get us two things one of my friends left - her computer and her prescription glasses. It was beyond great customer service. I would highly recommend this property and if we are ever in the area again would stay there in a heartbeat!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home near LIU! The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The house and its amenities were amazing! Six of us were fortunate to spend a weekend at this lovely house for our reunion. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Renata was extremely responsive and helpful. You will love The Gold Coast of Long Island - the original playground of rich and famous! Beautiful winding roads, breathing views of Long Island Sound, charming towns and villages.. Glen Cove and the surrounding areas of Sea Cliff, Locust Valley, Bayville and Oyster Bay have a lot to offer. It is only 30 miles from NYC, accessible by train (which is walking distance from the house) or car under 1 hour. Ideal for family vacations or retreat, even for a single traveler searching solitude as the house has an amazing energy! Large enough to comfortably host group gatherings up to 8 people.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Very quiet and private with park-like backyard, yet very close to the town! In a few minutes you can be sipping coffee at our local Starbucks or walking on the pier at our beach! Did I mention walking distance to the train? Yes, it is so close to everything!

The Carriage House used to be a part of an estate, and has an amazing energy and the old world charm. Even though completely remodeled, we did our best to preserve the original look and details like the original beams and brickwork.
