It’s a resort style house, 25 miles away from Manhattan, close to great shopping and restaurants!5 minutes away from the beach. Pool is closed from September 15th thru May 15th! Spacious interior and great outdoor amenities and neighborhood for family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ovi greeted us and showed us around. We enjoyed the pool, patio and tennis court. The pool was clean and water temperature was perfect. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Our stay was great and the property had more than enough space to accommodate our large family, all from out of town. Ovi is an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. The highlight was the large, private back yard where our family spent all of our time making many memories. Thank you!

Highly Recommended!

The pictures do not do the place justice. The house and property are large and very private. And it was the perfect size for our group of 10 (5 couples in 5 bedrooms). The owner is also very friendly, and was lightning fast with communication. We had an amazing weekend.

Beautiful large house for family and friend reunion in Long Island

Beautiful old home in a gorgeous, serene, firefly filled grounds with a small perfectly sized pool for young kids. Just a very relaxing stay. House was extremely tidy and had more than enough towels and blankets for our large gathering. We especially liked how the large trees kept the home cool even as the large windows looked on a beautiful neighboring farm. Thank you so much to the owner for letting us share their home for a little bit.

Perfect family home for a Long Island getaway!

We stayed with grandparents and kids and the home accommodated us perfectly! Kids loved tennis court and basketball hoop. We all slept comfortably. Kitchen and dining space were perfect for our large family meals. Outdoor spaces draw you out-no need for devices! Thank you Ovi for a great stay!

Spent A Great Thanksgiving There!

We needed a place that had room for 4 couples and was in a beautiful location--and this place fit the bill perfectly. The owner was very friendly, very accessible, and answered all questions we had about the property. The house was the perfect location for a big Thanksgiving dinner (17 people--and it accommodated that many people with no problem!) I definitely recommend this location for any group that wants a big place in a beautiful setting/location.

Gorgeous home with a lot of space!

We loved our stay at Ovi’s home! There is so much space, wonderful set up of beds for a big group, and anything you could need in the kitchen. The property is very private, and absolutely beautiful: from the pool and the tennis court to the courtyard and lawn. Ovi was incredibly communicative and the check in/check out was easy as could be! We hope to stay and enjoy this home again!

Property was great

Property was just as good as in the photos. Also the manager was great about getting in contact before hand. He made sure we had all the information needed and his contact information just in case something came up. I would definitely stay again also there was a bottle of champagne waiting to welcome us.

Fantastic experience

We stayed at Ovi’s house for three weeks to visit family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House and garden are as described and pictured, spacious and well maintained. The tennis court, pool and barbecue area were a particular highlight for us during August. Ovi was the best host, greeted us on arrival and was super friendly and responsive. The few times we needed something he got back to us straight away. Highly recommend - we would love to stay again.

An Absolute Dream

The house is HUGE. Plenty of space to relax and be comfortable, with an incredible kitchen for cooking large meals. The property is absolutely GORGEOUS. Very well maintained with so many unique and beautiful trees, and the neighboring farm is a stunning and peaceful background. Ovi is incredibly responsive, very caring, and a true pleasure to talk to. Cannot recommend this place enough. I wish we booked a longer stay.

Beautiful home in the Gold Coast

We had a wonderful week with a large group of family and friends at this beautiful property in old Brookville. The house is very spacious with well appointed bedrooms, excellent betting, and bathrooms for our group of 10–12 people. The outdoor space is expensive with a large pool And a tennis court which we enjoyed thoroughly during our summer stay. The property in the neighborhood is filled with natural beauty with many mature trees and a wide variety of flowers and foliage. Very close to many attractions in the neighborhood, although to be honest, we spent most of our week , relaxing and enjoying the home. Thanks to Ovi for a wonderful stay at his generous hosting our family.

Loved this home!

Very private location in an exclusive neighborhood with a perfect property layout. This home was built for rest and relaxation as well as entertaining. Large, open floor plan with beautiful sight lines that flow to exterior patios/entertaining spaces that flow to a heated inground pool. We also utilized the on property Tennis court. Our large family (including grandparents) stayed and the home comfortably accommodated 12 guests. Would also be great for an adult couples get away. Perhaps one of the best parts of the stay was the homeowner, Ovi (who also serves as the property manager) - he could not have been more professional, personable or responsive. We've stayed in a great number of VRBO properties, but none have rivaled Ovi's service. Highly Recommend this Property.
