Absolutely perfect VRBO! Excellent location and the condo was perfect for our long weekend stay. We loved the area and it was an easy Uber to Broadway for a night on the town. Our hosts were very professional and we would definitely stay here again!!

Great restaurants and shopping just steps away. No colander in the kitchen. A few spare rolls of toilet paper would be nice. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless — truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was clearly cared for, and it made us feel completely comfortable the moment we walked in. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The beds were amazing — so comfortable that we all slept better than we have in ages! Everything about this place was fantastic, from the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere. We will be back and highly recommended it to anyone looking for a flawless stay! THANK YOU!!!

Great Location and Space

We took a quick trip with another couple to Nashville to see 2 shows. We were only here a few days but it was a great location. Easy to enter the building/unit once we initially found the entrance door ( it's behind the building)but was not really marked or explained in the check-in instructions. 12 South is our favorite neighborhood to stay in while in Nashville and this condo was right in the middle of the all the shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

Two couples coming in to spend a birthday weekend in Nashville. One of us having never been there, this stay made our trip wonderful. The apartment is very spacious. It is super safe. Very very clean and the owners are incredibly responsive and friendly. The location is incredible. Convenient to Uber to Broadway. The neighborhood is fun to hang out in. Restaurants are great. If you are a coffee person, there is a perfect little coffee house across the street and there was coffee and mini creamers at the apartment. Loved it. Will recommend and hoping to return again.

Wonderful stay!

Accommodations were very comfortable, everything was spotless and organized. The bedding is incredible, best sleep ever! In the heart of south 12th, which is a great area close to everything. This is the place to stay.

Perfection in 12 South

Mark and Scarlet were amazing hosts! The apartment was so comfortable and the location can not be beat if you are looking for the best place to stay in 12 south, everything was within walking distance from food to shopping and only a 7 minute car ride to downtown and the gulch. Parking was free and plentiful. 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of open concept kitchen and living room space. The apartment is gorgeous! We'd certainly stay again! Thank you for a fabulous time and your hospitality!

Perfect location for our trip

Loved this property! Easy to access and parking a high plus! Everything was clean and ready. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. We did have trouble figuring out the TV, but we were busy and didn’t ask. Overall the communication was very detailed, timely and helpful!

Great location if you want easy parking and things to slow down around you after 9-10 p.m. great nearby restaurant options. Great location for running routes.

Incredible location!

Four of us stayed for a few days and had the best time. The apartment is close to EVERYTHING on 12 South and serves as a super clean, cozy, well-appointed home base. We loved the high-end linens and comfortable beds. We look forward to coming back soon.
