Parfait pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, et les voyageurs d'affaires, ce petit bijou est situé dans le quartier historique de Belmont-Hillsboro, seulement un pùté de maisons 12 South Ave. Il est un confortable une chambre avec un lit king size, salle de bains, salon et cuisine. Il dispose également d'une arriÚre-cour privée et terrasse. Juste rénové, tout est nouveau - décoration, mobilier, luminaires, appareils. Planchers de bois franc partout et bien aménagées, vous ne serez pas déçus! A micro-ondes, une gamme complÚte de taille, frigo, lave / sÚche-linge. Tarifs corporatifs sont disponibles pour des séjours plus longs.

L'emplacement est incroyable. Des tonnes de magasins, restaurants, marché des agriculteurs, des cafés, des bars, et plus ne sont qu'un pùté de maisons sur 12 South Ave. Les zones de Gulch et du centre-ville sont Uber 6-7 $ en métro. Music Row, Vanderbilt, et de l'Université Belmont sont 3-4 minutes à proximité.

Overall, place was perfect for two people. Pretty private. Little issue with air conditioning. During day hours, seems like it couldn’t keep up. Set on 72 and temp would go up to 77. But it was doable. Would recommend

Owners were responsive. It's decorated very nicely and as described. I would suggest more focus on practicality (ie. the need for a dresser/drawers vs. a 3 shelfed bookcase-attractive, but not practical, or adding a dresser in the closet/laundry room) as there are only 4 tiny drawers in nightstands for clothing. Most clothing had to be stored in the luggage. We were not aware that the bathroom mirror opens for storage. A note would help.

Perfect little cottage in beautiful little neighborhood!

We had no complaints at all during our stay. The house was well appointed and situated in a great neighborhood, 12 South. Getting in and out of downtown was easy and there were plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Best Stay EVER!!

We chose this stay due to the area and reasonable rate. This CUTE little place has everything you need and we even extended our stay. Our only issue was parking a few times because of public roadside parking.

Loved this place!

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Nashville. The location is great and walkable to quaint restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It’s a quick drive to Broadway and other area attractions. The place itself is well appointed with everything you need and is beautifully decorated. The owners are very friendly and responsive.

Great Couples Stay!

Great 12South Location

Nice place! Very convenient for 12South, only a block off. Quick walk to Frothy Monkey and other well-known spots. The home was very clean and cozy and comfortable. Ideal for Belmont parents!

Adorable little cottage

We loved our stay at this adorable little cottage. Great location for everything, the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint was i wish it had a dresser to put my clothes in, but we managed and i wiyld definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Nashville

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The location is outstanding; easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and other attractions in the vibrant '12 South' area, and only about a 10 minute drive into downtown Nashville. The unit is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood which we found to be a nice 'balance' from the downtown Nashville experience. The unit is perfect for singles or 2 people, and the owner was very nice to deal with and very responsive to any request for assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly Peaceful Place

I have no doubt that God led us to this gem! The 12South area is lovely. The cottage was practically perfect! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with this trip to Nashville and already have hopes of coming back again & again.

Great location

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location was perfect, with lots of interesting good restaurants and coffee shops within an easy walk. It was also easy to access other areas in Nashville. The cottage was the right size for my wife and I and very comfortable. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Nashville.

Great for a getaway

Nashville Cottage

It was well kept, cozy & inviting. Great location - nice neighbourhood, walking distance to 12 Ave S with good restaurants & a great atmosphere. Also an easy drive to downtown & Broadway where the music is awesome.

Corner cottage

My boyfriend and I stayed at this cottage the past five days and we had the best experience. The location can not be beat. Easily accessible to downtown Nashville while still having so many options for sit down restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The cottage was very well kept and we were impressed by it from the minute we walked in.

Very close to Broadway Street

Great experience. Very quite neighborhood. Our air was not working great when we arrived. The owner had a repairman promptly make a service call and no issues after repair. Nicely decorated. Enjoyed the deck out back to end a long day at the CMAfest. Loved having a washer and dryer too. Would stay here again.

Incredible neighborhood!

Better than described! Great restaurants and coffee shops within 2 blocks. Amazing yards to get landscape and outside decor ideas from. The house itself was beautifully decorated and one of the most comfortable beds we have stayed in. What a great place to stay! We will be back!
