Les propriétaires n'ont épargné aucune dépense pour la rénovation de ce condominium de trois chambres à coucher / trois salles de bain de haut en bas! Spacieuse et joliment décorée avec un élégant décor côtier de la Floride, cette destination de vacances populaire propose des touches de designer. Prenez un café le matin sur votre terrasse surplombant le golfe, ou sur votre balcon privé situé dans la chambre principale. La chambre principale est située au 2ème niveau et dispose d'un lit king size; chambre d'amis a un lit queen et lits superposés (parfait pour les enfants), tandis que la chambre d'hôtes au niveau principal dispose d'un lit queen. À la fin d'une journée ensoleillée sur la plage, des animations pour tous les goûts sont offertes avec des télévisions à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Nouveau barbecue à gaz à compter du 1er mars 2019. Profitez de la commodité d'un ascenseur du sol au niveau principal, ainsi que d'un garage fermé pour deux voitures.

Portside Villas est situé à l'extrémité ouest de la plage, une zone très recherchée, juste avant l'entrée du Gulf Islands National Seashore. Une plage immaculée à perte de vue! Le Portside Villas dispose également d'une piscine et de courts de tennis.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time the only thing we didn’t like was having to wait till 5:00 to check in on Saturday. Have never had to wait till 5 on anywhere I have stayed before. Overall though the house is really nice and great quiet location.

Nice location. Look at the picture of the unit close. It is very close to the beach (100 ft of boardwalk) but there is a Unit in between it and the ocean. Beach/Ocean views restricted. Managing agency very helpful. No hot water on 1/2 the bathrooms and TV would not work. Repair personnel responded very quickly and rectified all issues. Beach accessories in the garage (kids toys, and lots of chairs). Gas grill almost brand new and was key to our family beach day. The Elevator was priceless for our elderly guests. Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, tupperware, mixing bowls, pots/pans, blenders, crock pot, etc.). Great stay for our family.

There were not a lot of personal effects taking up closet space or cluttering the rooms. Very short walk to the beach and other activities close. It would have been nice to use the elevatorbut a small inconvenience.

Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at different locations at Pensacola Beach and this one was the best. The pictures of the property are accurate, the condo is spacious--clean and close to the beach-just a two minute walk. Property management very friendly and responsive; and did I mention this unit has an elevator which came in handy for loading heavy items. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items...we cooked every meal. I would definitely try to stay here again if the unit is available.

Pros and Cons

Nice in some respects. The “elevator” doesn’t go to the top floor-odd. The kitchen is narrow and has a washer/dryer in it. The dryer sounds like it’s about to go. This isn’t our first rodeo. Usually we stay at privately owned homes. This one is run by a property management company. Big difference. The usual provisions are not there. Two trash bags and “that’s the starter set-then you buy your own.” For $500+ a day, they can provide a box of trash bags. And lucky you-to take the trash out you have to walk to the tennis courts and open the gate and throw it in the dumpster. Unbelievable. Rugs curling-trip hazard. Rugs are Dirty. Couches and cushions are worn. We had to wipe out the oven cleaner-guess it was left on to work and forgotten about. Definitely not impressed. Not a do again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Portside Villas #5--it was a great location and fit for our family with the space and views and access to the beach. A few things to mention though that could have improved our stay. We found several pots and pans that were dirty and greasy with food stuck to them that had to be cleaned before using--clearly previous renters had put away dirty in that condition but still not great to discover. The rug in the main area had food crumbs visibly in a lot of spots when we arrived. Our sheets were sandy the first night we got in them and we had not gone to the beach or anywhere outside as we arrived late so the sand was not from us. Also, there was only one set of towels per person in the bathrooms. Management should oversee quality of cleaning and amenities a little more closely before check in. In spite of these issues we really enjoyed our stay and space. Staff was responsive to deal with AC and elevator problems swiftly and offered great recommendation when we got a flat tire during our stay. We look forward to coming back again next year!

We will also send this to our Inspections Manager. We inspect all properties before and after check in/check outs so I'm not sure how they could have missed these things. Perfect Location

Beautiful property at a perfect location. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 children. Only issue we had was someone before us had seemingly placed a fresh catch from the ocean in the fridge and the fridge smelled terribly the whole week we were there. Not much a cleaning crew can do to fix that with a short turnaround each Saturday though. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.
